The influence of cortisol on some immunological parameters of carps | Влияние кортизола на некоторые иммунологические показатели карпов

英语. Presented is an assessment of changes in some indicators of the immune system of carp (Cyprinuscarpio) under the influence of endogenous cortisol. Blood sampling in fish was carried out immediately after acclimatization, and then after 24 and 48 h simultaneously in 2 groups: without the influence (control group) and after the influence of the stress factor – hypoxia (experimental group). The intensity of stress exposure was assessed by the content of dissolved oxygen in the medium: the initial level was 5 mg/l, by the end of the experiment in the control group – 8 mg/l, in the experimental group – 3 mg/l. There was also an increase in the level of cortisol in the blood of fish of the experimental group by the last day of the experiment, where on the first day the level of cortisol was 118.0±32.3 ng/ml, on the third day - 235.5±74.5 ng/ml, and its reduction in the control group of fish (251.7±92.0 ng/ml and 200.6±64.4 ng/ml, respectively). During the analysis of the cellular component of the immune system (phagocytic activity (PhA), phagocytic index (PhI) and phagocytic number (PhN), the same increase in phagocytosis of all blood cells in fish by the second day of the experiment of the control group, including platelets (PhA on the first day - 0.67±0.31%, PhA on the second - 2.25±0.63%), erythrocytes (7.83±0.60% and 11.5±0.97%, respectively) and leukocytes (83.42±2.18% and 89.58±1.43%) has been noted, as well as an increase in erythrocyte activity (10.42±0.95% and 11.25±1.41%) and its decrease in platelets (1.08±0.61% and 0.67±0.40%) and leukocytes (87.50±1.51% and 85.58±2.37%) of the experimental group. By the last day of the experiment, the phagocytosis indices returned to the initial value in both groups. The analysis of humoral response showed a significant decrease in the number of albumins (оn the first day - 4.8±1.6 g/l, оn the third day - 2.4±0.5 g/l), alpha-globulins (2.6±0.4 g/l and 1.5±0.5 g/l), beta-globulins (0.4±0.1 g/l and 0.5±0.1 g/l), gamma-globulins (0.6±0.1 g/l and 0.3±0.07 g/l), and the total protein (29.1±2.6 g/l and 21.1±1.9 g/l) in the control and experimental groups (4.9±1.0 g/l and 2.6±0.7 g/l; 4.0±0.6 g/l and 1.9±1.1 g/l; 1.1±0.2 g/l and 0.6±0.3 g/l; 0.9±0.2 g/l and 0.4±0.06 g/l; 35.3±3.4 g/l and 23.3±2.3 g/l, respectively) to the last day of the study.

俄语. Представлена оценка изменений показателей иммунной системы карпов (Cyprinus carpio) под влиянием эндогенного кортизола. Взятие крови у рыб проводилось сразу же после акклиматизации и далее через 24 и 48 ч одновременно в 2-х группах: без влияния (контрольной) и после влияния стресс-фактора – гипоксии (опытной). Оценка интенсивности стрессового воздействия проведена по содержанию растворенного кислорода в среде: изначальный уровень составил 5,0 мг/л, к окончанию эксперимента у контрольной группы – 8,0 мг/л, у опытной – 3,0 мг/л. Отмечается повышение уровня кортизола в крови рыб опытной группы к последнему дню эксперимента: в первый день уровень кортизола составил 118,0±32,3 нг/мл, в третий день - 235,5±74,5 нг/мл, и уменьшение его у рыб контрольной группы (251,7±92,0 нг/мл и 200,6±64,4 нг/мл соответственно). Отмечен одинаковый рост показателей фагоцитоза всех клеток крови у рыб ко второму дню эксперимента контрольной группы, включая тромбоциты (ФА в первый день - 0,67±0,31%, ФА во второй - 2,25±0,63%), эритроциты (7,83±0,60% и 11,5±0,97% соответственно) и лейкоциты (83,42±2,18% и 89,58±1,43%), а также рост активности эритроцитов (10,42±0,95% и 11,25±1,41%) и ее снижение у тромбоцитов (1,08±0,61% и 0,67±0,40%) и лейкоцитов (87,50±1,51% и 85,58±2,37%) опытной группы. К последнему дню эксперимента показатели фагоцитоза вернулись к исходному значению у обеих групп. Анализ гуморального ответа показал достоверное снижение количества альбуминов (в первый день - 4,8±1,6 г/л, в третий день - 2,4±0,5 г/л ), альфа-глобулинов (2,6±0,4 г/л и 1,5±0,5 г/л), бета-глобулинов (0,4±0,1 г/л и 0,5±0,1 г/л), гамма-глобулинов (0,6±0,1 г/л и 0,3±0,07 г/л) и общего белка (29,1±2,6 г/л и 21,1±1,9 г/л) в контрольной и опытной (4,9±1,0 г/л и 2,6±0,7 г/л; 4,0±0,6 г/л и 1,9±1,1 г/л; 1,1±0,2 г/л и 0,6±0,3 г/л; 0,9±0,2 г/л и 0,4±0,06 г/л; 35,3±3,4 г/л и 23,3±2,3 г/л соответственно) к последнему дню исследования.
