Change of technological properties of winter rye depending on variety and mineral nutrition | Изменение технологических свойств озимой ржи в зависимости от сорта и минерального питания

英语. Winter rye is an integral part of the economics of the Mari El Republic. In 2018 in the Republic of Mari El the acreage occupied by this crop in the region was 20.5 ths ha. The register of the varieties recommended for use in production comprises 7 varieties of winter rye, but each of them is susceptible to Fusarium mold. The research purpose is to reveal the most adaptive winter rye varieties in the conditions of the Republic of Mari El leaving behind the recognized varieties in a set of economically valuable traits. Four varieties of winter rye were tested (2015-2018) on the background without applying fertilizers and on the background of pre-sowing application of azophoska at the rate of N24P24K24. In terms of the content of sugars in the tillering node, the variety Rada was selected. Thus variety was characterized by the greatest survival of plants after winter rye wintering on the both backgrounds. The application of azophoska increased the degree of overwintering of plants by 3.2% regardless of variety, as well as contributed to a 10% reduction in the infestation of plants by Fusarium mold. On the background of the natural soil fertility the highest collection of feed units (4.28) was observed in the Rada variety. This is by 0.48 ths f. u. more than in the control variant. Pre-sowing application of azophoska contributed to an increase in this indicator by 12.8% regardless of the variety.

俄语. Озимая рожь занимает важное место в экономике Республике Марий Эл. В 2018 г. посевная площадь, занятая этой культурой в регионе, составляла 20,5 тыс. га. В реестр рекомендованных к использованию в производстве включены 7 сортов озимой ржи, но все они восприимчивы к снежной плесени. Цель исследований – выявить наиболее адаптивные в условиях Республики Марий Эл сорта озимой ржи, превосходящие по комплексу хозяйственно ценных признаков районированные сорта. Испытано (2015-2018 гг.) 4 сорта озимой ржи на фоне без внесения удобрений и на фоне предпосевного внесения азофоски в норме N24P24K24. По содержанию сахаров в узле кущения выделился сорт Рада. Наибольшей сохранностью растений после перезимовки озимой ржи отличился этот же сорт на обоих фонах. Внесение азофоски увеличило степень перезимовки растений на 3,2% независимо от сорта, а также способствовало уменьшению пораженности растений снежной плесенью на 10%. На фоне естественного плодородия почвы наибольший сбор кормовых единиц (4,28 тыс.) отмечен у сорта Рада. Это на 0,48 тыс. к.е. больше, чем на контрольном варианте. Предпосевное внесение азофоски способствовало повышению этого показателя на 12,8% независимо от сорта.
