Sampling was carried out during the fall of the hunting season in 2017 on three sites of one hunting association in the region of Srem, Vojvodina, Serbia. After the hunting was finished, wildlife samples were sampled for biological material for the analyses. A total of 39 samples were collected, from the site 1 - 19, the site 2 - 10 and the site 3 - 12 samples. Content of lead and cadmium is determined by the AAS technique (atomic absorption spectroscopy). The device to be used for determination is "Perkin Elmer PinAAcle 900T". The results are then read on the computer. The obtained results were processed using the statistical program Statistica 13.1. Parameters of descriptive statistics were determined, variance analysis (ANOVA), and Tuкеy HSD test were performed. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) found that there was no statistically significant correlation between lead levels in the liver and age of the individual, nor between the level of cadmium in the liver and the age of the individual.
