Pig husbandry development on the basis of modern innovative technologies | Развитие свиноводства на основе современных инновационных технологий

Presented are the results of a study carried out in order to determine the role of innovations in the development of domestic pig industry; in the course of investigations they revealed that over 2009-2018 in Russia, the production of pork in live condition in farms of all categories increased by 65%, and that such a result of pig industry development became possible to achieve due to state support and implementation of regional targeted programmes aimed at the construction of new production facilities of industrial type, as well as technical and technological modernization of existing livestock enterprises; defined an important role of integrated formations in the growth of pig meat production due to application of scientific and technological achievements, modern innovative technologies, automated equipment of leading foreign and domestic firms to production. Generalization data on the experience of functioning of agricultural holdings specializing in the production of pork allowed identifying the following innovative elements of pig farming system: (i) a single center of preparation and robotic feed distribution system, (ii) automatic cooling and humidification systems, (iii) heated panels and electric mats for prenursery pigs, (iiii) liquid manure disposal systems, (iiiii) video cameras with the appropriate software designed for daily increments registration in automatic mode, (iiiiii) digital technologies intended for accurate execution of technological processes, optimization and reduction of material, cash and labor costs. The analysis shows that modern pig-breeding enterprises are provided with high-tech facilities for the production of mixed feeds, the use of which significantly reduces the cost of production. It is concluded that application of innovations is registered in the creation of appropriate industrial infrastructure: robotic equipment, automated operational accounting and control over products transition from one stage of the production process to another, from raw materials input to finished products shipment to customers.

俄语. Представлены результаты исследования, проведенного с целью определения роли инноваций в развитии отечественного свиноводства. За 2009-2018 гг. в России производство свинины в живом весе в хозяйствах всех категорий увеличилось на 65%. Установлено, что добиться таких ускоренных темпов развития свиноводства удалось благодаря государственной поддержке и реализации целевых региональных программ, направленных на строительство новых мощностей промышленного типа и технико-технологическую модернизацию существующих животноводческих объектов. Отмечена важная роль интегрированных формирований в росте объемов производства мяса свиней за счет внедрения достижений научно-технического прогресса, современных инновационных технологий, автоматизированного оборудования ведущих зарубежных и отечественных фирм. Обобщение опыта функционирования агрохолдингов, специализирующихся на производстве свинины, позволило выделить следующие инновационные элементы системы ведения свиноводства: единый центр приготовления и роботизированной системы раздачи кормов; автоматические системы охлаждения и увлажнения воздуха; обогреваемые панели и электроковрики для поросят-сосунов; самосплавные системы навозоудаления; видеокамеры с соответствующим программным обеспечением, позволяющим ежедневно определять приросты в автоматическом режиме; цифровые технологии, обеспечивающие четкое выполнение технологических процессов, оптимизацию и сокращение материально-денежных и трудовых затрат. Анализ показал, что современные свиноводческие предприятия обладают высокотехнологичными мощностями по производству комбикормов, значительно удешевляющими себестоимость продукции. Сделан вывод, что внедрение инноваций наблюдается и в создании соответствующей производственной инфраструктуры: роботизированная техника; автоматизированный оперативный учет и контроль за перемещением продукции по этапам производственного процесса, начиная с поступления сырья и заканчивая отгрузкой готовой продукции покупателям.
