The method of studying the temperature profile at the synthesis of compact materials of reinforcing coatings using concentrated energy sources | Метод исследования температурного профиля при синтезе компактных материалов упрочняющих покрытий с применением концентрированных источников энергии

In order to save resources, improve the quality of reinforcing coating, and increase the profitability of technologies for restoring parts of agricultural machines in small enterprises, it is proposed to use compact forms of reinforcing coating materials instead of metal powders. An important characteristic of compaction is the thermogram (temperature profile) of this process. There has been developed a new method for studying the temperature profile in the process of obtaining compact forms of reinforcing coating materials during high frequency current heating of work pieces (for example, hard alloys of the PG-US25, PS-14-60 (in Russian) grades). The measurements are based on the use of original microthermo couples made of chromel and alumel wires having a 0.2 mm diameter and specially welded by capacitor welding to individual hard alloy particles. Simultaneous placing a pair of thermocouples at once on the boundaries of the base metal-charge material and charge material-air allows reliably recording the wave of melting-crystallization of the surfacing composition against the background of the heat of the high frequency current heating surface of the machine part, as well as defining the melting temperatures of individual particles of furnace charge components.

С целью экономии ресурсов, улучшения качества упрочняющего покрытия, повышения рентабельности технологий при восстановлении деталей с.-х. машин в условиях небольших предприятий предложено использовать компактные формы материалов упрочняющих покрытий вместо металлических порошков. Важной характеристикой компактирования является термограмма (температурный профиль) этого процесса. Разработан новый метод исследования температурного профиля в процессе получения компактных форм материалов упрочняющих покрытий при нагреве заготовок токами высокой частоты (на примере твердых сплавов марок ПГ-УС25, ПС-14-60). Измерения основаны на использовании оригинальных ХА-микротермопар, выполненных из хромелевой и алюмелевой проволоки диаметром 0,2 мм и особым образом приваренных конденсаторной сваркой к отдельным частицам твердого сплава. Одновременное размещение пары термопар на границах "основной металл-шихта" и "шихта-воздух" позволяет достоверно фиксировать волну плавления-кристаллизации наплавочного состава на фоне тепла нагреваемой ТВЧ поверхности детали, а также определять температуры плавления отдельных частиц компонентов шихты.
