Durability of fruits of raspberry initial forms and its inheritance in posterity | Прочность плодов исходных форм малины и наследование ее в потомстве

英语. The objects of research were 23 raspberry varieties of domestic and foreign breeding, 16 selective forms, as well as their offspring from controlled crosses and populations from free pollination. The evaluation of strength characteristics of the fruit was carried out at the hybrid plot and the plot of competitive varietal trials in the period from 2016 to 2018. The berries from each variety and an elite seedling were collected in a state of full maturity in triple replication. The number of berries in each replication was 10 pieces. There were took 10 berries in the optimum degree of maturity of the hybrid offspring from each seedling. The effort to crush the berries was determined using torsion weights and transferred to international units – Newton; the separation force was determined with the help of a pistol-dynamometer. The weather conditions of the research period were contrasting. The evaluation of the initial forms of raspberries by the effort of crushing the berries allowed revealing the sources of increased the fruit strength – varieties 'Glen Ample', 'Cascade Delight', 'Peresvet', 'Lazcka', 'Gusar' and the selected form 2-90-2. The "crush effort" indicator of the fruits of these forms over the research period was not lower than 5.0 N and was less affected by weather conditions. The analysis of the hybrid offspring of raspberries from controlled crossings and populations from free pollination showed the polygenic character of inheritance of the trait. The promising initial forms for breeding to increase the berry strength – varieties 'Glen Ample' and 'Gusar', as well as the selected form 2-8-3 have been identified. Among the studied hybrid combinations, the families of 'Tarusa' x 2-8-3, 'Gusar' x 'Vol'nitsa', as well as the populations from free pollination of 'Glen Ample' and 'Gusar' varieties are of the greatest interest. In the offspring of these genotypes the transgressive seedlings with effort of crushing of fruits more than 6.0 Nhave been revealed.

俄语. Объектами исследований были 23 сорта малины отечественной и зарубежной селекции, 16 отборных форм, а также их потомство от контролируемых скрещиваний и популяций от свободного опыления. Оценку прочностных характеристик плодов проводили на гибридном участке и участке конкурсного сортоиспытания в период с 2016 по 2018 гг. Ягоды с каждого сорта и элитного сеянца собирали в состоянии полной зрелости в трехкратной повторности. Количество ягод в каждой повторности составляло 10 шт. У гибридного потомства с каждого сеянца брали по 10 ягод в оптимальной степени зрелости. Усилие на раздавливание ягод определяли по действующей методике с помощью настольных весов путем создания давления на плоды до появления первой капли сока. Результат фиксировали цифровым показанием весов в граммах-усилия и переводили в международные единицы – Ньютоны, усилие отрыва – с помощью пистолета-динамометра. Погодные условия периода исследований были контрастными. Проведенная оценка исходных форм малины по усилию раздавливания ягод позволила выявить источники повышенной прочности плодов – сорта GlenAmple, Cascade Delight, Пересвет, Lazcka, Гусар и отборная форма 2-90-2. Показатель "усилие на раздавливание" плодов этих форм за период исследований не был ниже 5,0 Н и в меньшей степени зависел от погодных условий. Анализ гибридного потомства малины от контролируемых скрещиваний и популяций от свободного опыления показал полигенный характер наследования признака, определены перспективные исходные формы для селекции на повышение прочности ягод – сорта GlenAmple и Гусар, а также отборная форма 2-8-3. Среди изученных гибридных комбинаций наибольший интерес представляют семьи Таруса х 2-8-3, Гусар х Вольница, а также популяции от свободного опыления сортов GlenAmple и Гусар. В потомстве этих генотипов выделены трансгрессивные сеянцы с усилием раздавливания плодов более 6,0 Н.
