Present state and tendencies of development in the agro-industrial complex of the Smolensk region | Современное состояние и тенденции развития агропромышленного комплекса Смоленской области

The state of agricultural sector in the Smolensk region has been under study to reveal insights into its development as objective analysis defines the promising areas of growth and implementation of the state grant programs. The research has shown that in 2018 the agro-industrial complex of the region produced food products for 25 billion rubles that is 5% more than in the previous year. Beef cattle production plays the leading role due to the number of large agricultural firms in the sector. In the structure of the marketable regional product this branch takes about 80%. In the crop production, the main grain producers are agricultural organisations accounting for about 85% of the whole grain production in the region. The biggest part of the potatoes and vegetables production comes from the backyard of the local's population and comprises 67% and 68% correspondingly. For the last four years the agro-industrial complex of the Smolensk region has been demonstrating positive economic effects determined by the implementation of the state purpose grant programme, private investment inflow, increase of the number of large agricultural and processing companies. The investment contribution into the agricultural sector has risen from 3% in 2012 to 14% in 2018. In 2018, the agricultural organizations sold products for 9.5 billion rubles. So, the branches of the agro-industrial complex in the Smolensk region appear to be diversified and multiproductive. Due to the state support, the investment programs for production of the vast range of competitive agricultural produce of good quality to secure the food supply within the country can be realized.

Исследовали состояние АПК Смоленской обл. с целью выявления факторов, влияющих на его развитие, поскольку от их объективного анализа зависит формирование перспективных направлений развития и реализация государственных программ. Выявлено, что в 2018 г. в аграрном комплексе региона произведено продукции на 25 млрд руб., что превышает аналогичный показатель предыдущего года на 5%. Лидирующее положение по производству с.-х. продукции в регионе занимает отрасль мясного животноводства за счет крупных с.-х. предприятий. В структуре товарной продукции ее доля составляет около 80%. По отрасли растениеводства основными производителями зерна в регионе являются с.-х. организации, которые производят около 85% от всего объема зерна. Наибольшая доля производства картофеля и овощей приходится на частные подворья граждан - 67 и 68% соответственно от всего объема данных видов продукции. За последние 4 года АПК Смоленской обл. показывает положительный экономический эффект, что обусловлено реализацией целевой государственной программы, притоком частных инвестиций, увеличением числа крупных с.-х. и перерабатывающих предприятий. Доля инвестиций в сельское хозяйство возросла с 3% в 2012 г. до 14% в 2018 г. В 2018 г. с.-х. организациями было реализовано продукции на сумму свыше 9,5 млрд руб. Таким образом, отрасли АПК Смоленской обл. имеют многопрофильный характер, что позволяет реализовывать при поддержке государства инвестиционные проекты по производству широкого ассортимента высококачественной и конкурентоспособной с.-х. продукции с целью обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны.
