Evaluation of the efficiency of domestic make forage harvesting equipment | Оценка эффективности кормоуборочной техники отечественного производства

英语. The research purpose is to assess the compliance of new models of domestic forage harvesting machines with modern requirements of agricultural production. The analysis of technical, functional, operational, technological and economic indicators of forage harvesting equipment tested at the machinery technological station with additional calculations in accordance with the current interstate standard GOST 34393 was carried out. The "Economic Assessment" software was used to evaluate the equipment for resource saving indicators: labor intensity of mechanized work; need for equipment, maintenance personnel, fuel, and capital investments; operation total costs; total cash costs. All indicators were determined on an area of 1,000 hectares; the agrotechnical work period was 14 days; the duration of work per day was 14 h. When calculating, the tractor prices were taken into account without VAT; the fodder harvester prices were considered without VAT while taking into account a 15% discount. It was established that for all indicators of economic evaluation of the operation of rotary mowers, except for labor costs, the best results were achieved with the ZhTT-2.4 "Strige" mower in combination with the MTZ-80 tractor. Among the wheel-finger and rotary rakes, the GKP-8 rake in the aggregate with the MTZ-80 tractor had the advantage for almost all the indicators of economic evaluation at the "raking into the windrow" operation step. Of the two units with balers tested when picking up the windrows, according to the criteria of minimum capital investment, minimum operating costs and minimum total costs, the most effective unit was that with the PPT-041 baler. All tested machines almost completely comply with the requirements of regulatory documentation for the indicators of application and safety and with the modern requirements for agricultural production. The information obtained during the tests will allow agricultural producers to choose the most effective equipment to compose resource-saving complexes of machines and technologies.

俄语. Цель исследований – оценка соответствия новых моделей отечественных кормоуборочных машин современным требованиям с.-х. производства. Проведен анализ технических, функциональных, эксплуатационно-технологических и экономических показателей кормоуборочной техники, испытанной на МИС, а также дополнительные расчеты в соответствии с действующим межгосударственным стандартом ГОСТ 34393. Использовано программное обеспечение "Экономическая оценка" для оценки техники по показателям ресурсосбережения: трудоемкости механизированных работ, потребности в технике, обслуживающем персонале, топливе, капитальных вложениях, эксплуатационным затратам, совокупным затратам денежных средств. Показатели экономической оценки определены на площадь 1000 га, агротехнический срок выполнения работ – 14 дн., продолжительность работы в день – 14 ч. При проведении расчетов цены на тракторы учитывались без НДС, кормоуборочных машин – без НДС и с учетом скидки 15%. По всем показателям экономической оценки работы ротационных косилок, кроме затрат труда, наилучшие результаты – у косилки ЖТТ-2,4 "Strige" в агрегате с трактором МТЗ-80. Среди граблей колесно-пальцевых и роторных практически по всем показателям экономической оценки преимущество – у граблей ГКП-8 в агрегате с трактором МТЗ-80 на технологической операции "сгребание в валок". Из 2 агрегатов с пресс-подборщиками, испытанных на подборе валков, по критериям минимума капитальных вложений, минимума эксплуатационных затрат и минимума совокупных затрат наиболее эффективен агрегат с пресс-подборщиком ППТ-041. Все испытанные машины практически полностью соответствуют требованиям нормативной документации по показателям назначения и безопасности и современным требованиям с.-х. производства. Полученная в ходе испытаний информация позволит сельхозпроизводителям выбирать наиболее эффективную технику для формирования ресурсосберегающих комплексов машин и технологий.
