Influence of the feed quality on the mycotoxicozis emergence in cattle on the farms of the Orel region | Влияние качества кормов на возникновение микотоксикозов у крупного рогатого скота в хозяйствах Орловской области

The purpose of the research is to study the causes of mycotoxicosis in cows on the farms of the Orel region, to monitor mycotoxins in feed and feed raw materials, to carry out a comparative analysis of treatment regimens of ill animals. The experimental studies were conducted on cows of 50 black-and-white breed at the age of 3-5 years old with symptoms of toxicosis. It has been found that the cause of disease is T-2 toxin isolated from the straw affected by the mould of the g. Fusarium. The treatment of the ill animals was carried out according to two schemes. The animals of the 1 experimental group used "Zeolite – natural", that they were given along with the feed at a dose of 4% by weight of dry matter of the diet per day for 10 days. The animals of the 2 experimental group were prescribed "Fungistat – HPC" supplement in a dose of 100 g per head per day for 7 days with the feed. The hematologic examination of blood showed an increase in hemoglobin content by 19.8% and 21.8%, respectively, in the first and second experimental groups. According to the results of biochemical blood tests, it can be noted that in the 1 and 2 experimental groups the glucose content increased by 7.9% and 10.7%, total protein increased by 35.5% and 30.6%, urea - by 38.5% and 39,5%, cholesterol levels decreased by 16.4% and 17.4%, respectively, compared with the figures before treatment. Despite the effectiveness of both treatment regimens, the second treatment regimen proved to be preferable, since the complete recovery of animals was noted 3 days earlier. From an economic point of view, the second scheme also turned out to be the most efficient and profitable, since it was 1 rub of costs for 41.45 rub of profit.

Цель исследований - изучение причин возникновения микотоксикоза у коров в хозяйствах Орловской области, проведение мониторинговых исследований микотоксинов в кормах и кормовом сырье, сравнительный анализ схем лечения заболевших животных. Экспериментальные исследования были проведены на 50 коровах черно-пестрой породы в возрасте 3-5 лет с проявлениями симптомов токсикоза. Было установлено, что причиной заболевания явился Т-2 токсин, выделенный из соломы, пораженной плесневым грибом р. Fusarium. Лечение заболевших животных проводили по двум схемам. Животным 1-й опытной группы применяли "Цеолит – природный", который назначали вместе с кормом в дозе 4% к массе сухого вещества рациона в сутки в течение 10 дней. Животным 2-й опытной группы была назначена в течение 7 дней вместе с кормом кормовая добавка "Фунгистат – ГПК" в дозе 100 г на голову в сутки. При гематологическом исследовании крови установлено увеличение содержания гемоглобина на 19,8% и 21,8% соответственно в 1-й и 2-й опытных группах. По результатам биохимического исследования крови можно отметить, что в 1-й и 2-й опытных группах возросло содержание глюкозы на 7,9% и 10,7%, общего белка на 35,5% и 30,6%, мочевины на 38,5% и 39,5%, снизилось содержание холестерина на 16,4% и 17,4% соответственно по сравнению с этими показателями до начала лечения. Несмотря на эффективность обеих схем лечения, вторая схема лечения оказалась предпочтительнее, так как полное выздоровление животных отмечено на 3 дня раньше. С экономической точки зрения вторая схема также оказалась наиболее эффективной и выгодной, так как на 1 руб. затрат приходилось 41,45 рублей прибыли.
