Molecular phylogenetic analyse of hair goats in Aksaray region

In this research, determination of phylogenetic tree of goats in Aksaray province using molecular techniques was the main goal. Hair goats raised in Aksaray province were used as the animal materials. In Hair goats, base on D-loop sequence; the number of DNA sequence, G + C ratio, polymorphic region number, the number of haplotypes, haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were calculated as 310, 0.332, 44, 15, 1.000 ± 0.00001, and 0.03193 ± 0.000008, respectively. The genetic distance was calculated as 0.003-0.092 between haplotypes. Neighbor-Joining (N-J) phylogenetic tree formed in this research using goat haplotype D-loop sequences and reference sequences (for A, B, C, D, F and G lineages), 14 haplotypes of 15 haplotypes were in A lineage, and 1 haplotypes were in G lineage.
