The composites are materials, which are a production of two or more different typesof reionforced materials combined in the some matrix. One of the latest goods amongcomposite materials in the wood plastic composites (WPC). Lignocellulosic fillingmaterials are cheap filling materials used in the industry of plastics. The recent trendthrough the world in the use lignocellulosic substance in the plastic materials. In this study, lignocellulosic filling material and synthetic based mineral fiber wereused as filling materials to produce New plastic matrix material. So, the production wasperformed using wood plastic composites, Turkish red pine flour, olive pirina flour, olivepirinas flour, synthetic based mineral fiber, polypropylenes with variable melting flowindex, coupiling agents, wax, titaniundioxide in micron and nano size and the mixture ofthem in certain amounts. The wood plastic composites were produced through the methodsof exturision and injection moulding. The physical, mechanical, burning, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differantial scanining calormetry (DSC) and scaningelectron microscope (SEM) features of the produced composites were determined. Our country is rich in olive pirina and it widely used for heating for homes. Woodparticles, wood pieces, and veneer waste are leftovers of processing, the Turkish red pinetree which is also common in our country and this leftovers are usually burnt down. Olivepirina and Turkish red pine leftovers can be used as natural filling materials in plasticcomposites. As a result thesse wood waste can turn into highly valuable products. Theinterst in wood plastic composite and demand for these products in the industry andacademia has been increasing lately. Nevertheless, the properties of these compositesneeds to be enriched for structural aplications. The studies about that has already started inTurkey and they have reached some goals. This thesis aims to produce composites byusing synthetic based mineral fiber and lignocellulosic filling materials in variable plasticmatrix ant the state the properties of the produced composites. For this aim, the composites were produced, the experiment were performed and the result were discussed. The findinsof the study can not only lead acedemia but also to the industry. This study can also be thebackground of the future studies about this subject. Producing composites will support thelocal economy, the waste materials will have new market in the industry, the forests willmaintain an extra income to the producers and will provide new empoyments fort hepeople.Key Words: wood plastic composite, lignocellulosic filler material, synthetic basedmineral fiber and melt flow index.
