Скрининг антагонистической активности грибов р. Trichoderma по отношению к доминирующим корнеобитающим патогенам овощных культур, изолированным на территории Беларуси и Азербайджана / Screening of antagonistic activity of trichoderma genus fungi towards to dominating root-habitat vegetable crops pathogens isolated on the territory of Belarus and Azerbaijan

俄语. The results of the antagonistic activity studies of Trichoderma fungi in relation to the dominant root-habitat plant pathogens isolated on the territory of Belarus and Azerbaijan are presented. In 2018, during phytosanitary monitoring of plantings of vegetable crops in growing houses of Belarus and analysis of phytopathological material, it was determined that for the most of the studied antagonist strains a mixed type of antagonistic action with the pronounced fungistatic trophic, antibiotic, and territorial antagonism is characteristic. The strains of Trichoderma sp. IZR F-183 and Trichoderma sp. IZR F-186 with a high rate of inhibiting the pathogens growth and a multifunctional antagonistic mechanism of activity were selected. It was established that the dominant root-inhabiting pathogens are micromycetes of the genera Fusarium, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Alternaria, and Pythium. / Представлены результаты исследований антагонистической активности грибов р. Trichoderma по отношению к доминирующим корнеобитающим фитопатогенам овощных культур, изолированным на территории Беларуси и Азербайджана. В 2018 году в ходе фитосанитарного мониторинга посадок овощных культур в культивационных сооружениях Беларуси и анализа фитопатологического материала установлено, что для большинства изученных штаммов антагонистов характерен смешанный тип антагонистического действия с выраженным фунгистатическим алиментарным, антибиотическим и территориальным антагонизмом. Отобраны штаммы Trichoderma sp. IZR F-183 и Trichoderma sp. IZR F-186 с высоким показателем ингибирования роста фитопатогенов и полифункциональным механизмом антагонистической активности. Установлено, что доминирующими корнеобитающими патогенами являются микромицеты родов Fusarium, Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Alternaria и Pythium.
