In the course of the research the gas-liquid chromatography method for determination of fluorochloridone residues in potato (Solanum tuberosum) tubers was studied. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research a method for the determination of the active ingredient fluorochloridone microquantities in potato tubers was developed. The method is based on the extraction of the determined compound with an acetone-hexane mixture, purification of extracts in a system of immiscible solvents, additional purification of samples by column chromatography, followed by determination by gas-liquid chromatography with an electron capture detector. The method allows setting the value of the lower limit of quantification and the level of extraction sufficient for detecting the residues in potato tubers below the determined maximum permissible level of the pesticide content in the crop. / Разработан метод определения микроколичеств действующего вещества флурохлоридона в клубнях картофеля. Метод основан на экстракции определяемого вещества смесью ацетон-гексан, очистке экстрактов в системе несмешивающихся растворителей, дополнительной очистке проб путем колоночной хроматографии с последующим определением методом газожидкостной хроматографии с детектором электронного захвата. Метод позволяет установить значение нижнего предела количественного определения и уровень извлечения, достаточный для детектирования остаточных количеств в клубнях картофеля ниже установленного максимально допустимого уровня содержания пестицида в культуре.
