Development of small-scale mechanization for wheat harvesting.
The article deals with wheat production in Georgia, existing machinery for harvesting wheat, and the number of combined harvesters owned by Georgia state-owned LLC “Mechanizer”, their brands and capacities. Discussed is small-scale farming machinery, with the emphasis on combined grain harvesters. Presented are their technical characteristics and the prospects for their use in Georgia.
