Due to the high quality and nutritional value of sunflower raw protein, the question arose about the use of sunflower flour for food purposes. The profitability of 1 t of such flour production is 1.5%. It has been studied that while simultaneously reducing the cost of sunflower oil, profitability increases by 15-16%. In addition, partially skimmed sunflower flour is an excellent food raw material for confectionery production.
