The article highlights the urgency of risk management and assessment in farm indusries. It discusses a system of risk indicators and main criteria; the methodology of defining risk appropriateness in respect with economic limitations and risk reciprocity optimal level. The article also presents a methodology of defining proportions between synthesized indicators and economic level of risk appropriateness.
