Thesis` aim: the study of the influence of the preparation BioR (obtained from Spirulina platensis) on the clinical and haematological parameters, the physiological, metabolic and productive changes in adult fattening quails. Main research results: a comprehensive positive impact of the testing preparation was established on clinico-haematological status and functional state of quail liver; a complex beneficial effect on the basic protein, lipid, carbohydrate, and mineral metabolism and a moderately favourable influence on the trypsin-antityipsin system was established; Bior were found to be an antistress, adaptogenic and hepatoprotector preparation, positively influencing especially on the liver proteosynthetic function; the optimal dose and application regime of BioR preparation were developed, as well as its effect on quantitative and qualitative parameters of quail productivity was identified.
