Accurate knowledge of dose profile around a radiation source is crucial in brachytherapy treatment. In this work, we have determined the dose profile of a single Cs-137 brachytherapy source in a bakau wood dosimetry phantom. The dose profiles in plane (z=0cm) for exposure time of 1 hour are determined at radial distances range from 2 to 10 cm. Measurements were done using thermoluminescence dosimeter (TLD). To provide a volumic dose profile, off plane measurement was done at z= 1 cm and 2 cm respectively.
