M. N. Mohamad Roff | A. G. Idris
The effects of intercropping chilli with several crops in reducing alate aphids and virus disease incidence were studied. Intercropping chilli with yellow leaf sweet potato and chilli with maize were found to be the most efficient in reducing number of alate aphids and virus disease. Reduction of alate aphids in chilli with yellow leaf sweet potato and chilli with maize intercropping were 88.2% and 62.5%, respectively.
