New technologies in animal nutrition studies

The objective of this lecture was to review relatively new technologies in animal nutrition studies. These includes the development of novel direct-fed microbial (DFM) in terms of oxygen uptake ability, a method for estimation of soluble non-ammonia nitrogen in omasal digesta, and the discussion for optimum vitamin allowance in the diets which provide the maximum growth rate and optimum immune responses.
