Measuring festival quality. Case study of ethno food festival Dužijanca

The interrelationship between quality, value,satisfaction, and loyalty is gaining increasingattention in research papers. This study surveyswhether quality of ethno food festival has an impacton perceived value which affects visitors’satisfaction and loyalty. An instrument with 28 itemsis proposed based on the literature and empiricallytested using the data collected from visitors of theDužijanca ethno festival in Subotica (AutonomousProvince of Vojvodina, Serbia). Results indicatedthat the festival quality factor connected to food hasthe highest influence on visitors’ satisfaction andloyalty. These findings are providing researchersand managers valuable insights for designing thefestival effectively, in accordance with therequirements and expectations of visitors.
