Sampling was carried out during the fall of the hunting season in 2017 on threesites of one hunting association in the region of Srem, Vojvodina, Serbia. After the huntingwas finished, wildlife samples were sampled for biological material for the analyses. Atotal of 39 samples were collected, from the site 1 - 19, the site 2 - 10 and the site 3 - 12samples. Content of lead and cadmium is determined by the AAS technique (atomicabsorption spectroscopy). The device to be used for determination is "Perkin ElmerPinAAcle 900T". The results are then read on the computer. The obtained results wereprocessed using the statistical program Statistica 13.1. Parameters of descriptive statisticswere determined, variance analysis (ANOVA), and Tuкеy HSD test were performed. Ananalysis of variance (ANOVA) found that there was no statistically significant correlationbetween lead levels in the liver and age of the individual, nor between the level ofcadmium in the liver and the age of the individual.
