英语. Revealed is the problem of forecasting and making managerial decisions in order to increase the efficiency of business entities. The analysis of key performance indicators of small and medium-sized businesses in the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar territory is offered. More than 39.2 thousand people work in the small and medium-sized businesses of the Krasnodar territory, of which more than 37.5 thousand people are directly involved in agricultural production. It seems relevant to formulate a model that would characterize the influence of the main factors on the financial and economic performances of entrepreneurial structures. A model has been created and studied that reflects the strength and direction of the influence of factors on the results of economic entities in the small and medium-sized enterprises of the agrarian sector of the Krasnodar territory. The development of the production and financial activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in agricultural production is difficult without a developed system of state regulation and state support. It was revealed that with a minimum level of state support for agricultural production with high significance, revenue will be the lowest, and the economic efficiency of agricultural production will decrease to 9%. In small forms of management, the presence in the structure of crop rotation of crops of grain and leguminous crops with an optimal area with high significance will ensure profit in the range from 5625 to 147455 thousand rubles. The effective indicator of profitability for given parameters will increase to 9.8%. The problem of effective forecasting of results, making managerial decisions in choosing areas of growth in performance, which will provide the desired economic results, has been solved.

俄语. Раскрывается проблема прогнозирования и принятия управленческих решений с целью повышения эффективности деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов. Проведен анализ ключевых показателей деятельности малого и среднего бизнеса в аграрном секторе Краснодарского края. В малом и среднем бизнесе Краснодарского края трудятся более 39,2 тыс. человек, из которых в с.-х. производстве занято непосредственно более 37,5 тыс. человек. Представляется актуальным формирование модели, которая охарактеризовала бы влияние основных факторов на финансово-экономические, хозяйственные результаты деятельности предпринимательских структур. Создана и исследована модель, отражающая силу и направления влияния факторов на результаты деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов в малом и среднем бизнесе аграрной сферы Краснодарского края. Развитие производственно-финансовой деятельности малых и средних форм хозяйствования в аграрном производстве затруднительно без развитой системы госрегулирования и государственной поддержки. Выявлено, что при минимальном уровне господдержки аграрного производства с высокой значимостью выручка будет наиболее низкой, а экономическая эффективность с.-х. производства снизится до 9%. В малых формах хозяйствования наличие в структуре севооборота посевов зерновых и зернобобовых культур с оптимальной площадью с высокой значимостью обеспечат получение прибыли в диапазоне от 5625 до 147455 тыс. руб. Результативный показатель рентабельности при заданных параметрах возрастет до 9,8%. Решена задача эффективного прогнозирования результатов, принятия управленческих решений при выборе направлений роста результативности, который обеспечит желаемые экономические результаты.
