NPK content in different beet breeding forms when applying fertilizers in the Central Black-Earth Region | Содержание NPK в различных селекционных формах сахарной свеклы при внесении удобрений в ЦЧР

英语. The chemical composition of sugar beet is considerably influenced by both external conditions (fertilizers, weather, tillage system, etc.) and a plant genotype. Aim was to determine degree of a sugar beet breeding form and fertilizers' influence on NPK content in beet tops and roots grown using different fertilizer backgrounds. The investigations were carried out in the Voronezh region in 1965–2017. The experiment scheme included control (without fertilizers) and 5 variants with different doses of mineral fertilizers and manure where plurisperm and monosperm varieties and male sterile (MS) hybrids were cultivated in different seasons. It was found that, when comparing MS hybrids and plurisperm varieties, their NPK content changed as follows: nitrogen content decreased by 20.4–40.9 and 11.3–25.0%, respectively, and reduction of K2O in beet tops – by 11.0–23.4%. Besides, content of phosphorus increased in beet tops by 56.9–64.6%; and in beet roots P2O5 and K2O became more by 92–112 and 102–137.5%, respectively. This indicated the great importance of phosphorus as a main component of plant genetic basis for MS hybrids. Effect of fertilizers on different breeding forms was the following: in plurisperm varieties, the content of NPK both in beet tops and roots was influenced by them most of all; in monosperm varieties, fertilizers had the greatest impact on the content of P2O5 and K2O in beet tops and nitrogen and potassium in beet roots; in MS hybrids, their influence on the content of P2O5 in the whole plant and the nitrogen content in beet roots was the greatest. This proves that the varieties are more plastic and affected by external factors most of all, and expression of biological characteristics of MS hybrids is based on their genetic potential. The dose of N135P135K135 + 25 t/ha of manure in fallow had the greatest impact on chemical composition of all sugar beet breeding forms. N45P45K45 + 25 t/ha of manure provided the most economical consumption of nutrient elements per a ton of MS hybrid dry matter (except K2O in beet tops). A variety (hybrid) had the highest degree of influence on content of NPK both in beet roots and tops, and the degree of fertilizers' influence was considerably less.

俄语. На химический состав сахарной свеклы значительное влияние оказывают как внешние условия (удобрения, погода, система обработки и др.), так и генотип растения. Цель работы - установить доли влияния селекционной формы свеклы и удобрений на содержание NPK в ботве и корнеплодах, выращенных на разных фонах удобренности. Исследования проводили в 1965–2017 гг. в Воронежской обл. Схема опыта: контроль (без удобрений) и 5 вариантов с разными дозами минеральных удобрений и навоза, на которых в разные периоды возделывали многосемянные и односемянные сорта, а также мужскистерильные (МС) гибриды. Установлено, что содержание NPK в МС гибридах относительно многосемянных сортов изменялось следующим образом: в ботве и корнеплодах отмечалось снижение содержания азота на 20,4–40,9 и 11,3–25,0% соответственно; K2O в ботве – на 11,0–23,4%. При этом повысилось содержание фосфора в ботве на 56,9–64,6%, в корнеплодах – P2O5 и K2O на 92–112 и 102–137,5% соответственно. Это свидетельствует о большем значении для МС гибридов фосфора как главного компонента генетической основы растений. Действие удобрений на разные селекционные формы было следующим: у многосемянных сортов их влиянию наиболее подвержено содержание NPK как в ботве, так и в корнеплодах, у односемянных сортов – P2O5 и K2O в ботве, а также азота и калия в корнеплодах, у МС гибридов – P2O5 в целом растении и азота – в корнеплодах. Это доказывает, что сорта-популяции более пластичны и наиболее подвержены действию внешних факторов, а проявление биологических характеристик МС гибридов основано на их генетическом потенциале. На химический состав всех селекционных форм свеклы более всего повлияла доза N135P135K135 + 25 т/га навоза в пару. N45P45K45 + 25 т/га навоза обеспечивала наиболее экономное расходование элементов питания на единицу сухого вещества МС гибридов (кроме K2O в ботве). Сорт (гибрид) имел наиболее высокую долю влияния на содержание NPK как в корнеплодах, так и в ботве, а доля влияния удобрений была значительно меньше.
