Effectiveness of common oat (Avena sativa L.) seed inoculation by the Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 strain promising as the base for a new biofertilizer development | Эффективность инокуляции семян овса посевного штаммом Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18, перспективным для создания биопрепарата

俄语. Представлены результаты лабораторного исследования влияния штамма Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18, изолированного из подземных органов пальчатокоренника мясо-красного (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) Soo), на овес посевной сорта Лев. Исследование включало проведение опытов в чашках Петри, постановку водных и почвенных культур. Оценивали всхожесть семян, а также морфометрические показатели растений на начальных этапах онтогенеза, их среднесуточные приросты и содержание хлорофилла в листьях. Инокуляция семян растений овса исследуемым штаммом не привела к повышению их всхожести, данный показатель как в случае контроля, так и в опыте был выше 90%. Однако Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 оказал стимулирующее влияние на процессы роста. На 7-е сутки развития проростков достоверно увеличилась длина побега (на 12%), а также количество корней при незначительном уменьшении их длины. Закономерность увеличения количества корней наблюдается как в эксперименте в чашках Петри, так и с водной культурой. Возможно, бактерии синтезируют вещества, в частности фитогормоны, способствующие ризогенезу. Выявлена тенденция к увеличению площади листьев растений (в опытном варианте в водной культуре возрастает относительно контроля на 1,2-8,1%, в почвенной культуре – на 2,5-6,5%), массы и среднесуточных приростов. При этом происходит увеличение содержания хлорофилла в листьях опытных растений. Наблюдаемые результаты свидетельствуют о положительном влиянии штамма Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 на ростовые процессы овса посевного.

英语. There are presented the results of a laboratory study of the impact of Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 strain, isolated from underground organs of early marsh orchid (Dactylorhiza incarnata (L.) Soo on the common oats of the Lev variety. The study included conducting an experiment in Petri dishes, production of water and soil crops. Seed germination, morphometric indicators of plants at initial stages of ontogenesis, its average daily growth, and the content of chlorophyll in leaves were evaluated. Inoculation of oat plant seeds with the studied strain did not lead to the increase of seed germination; this indicator, in case of control and the experience, was higher than 90%. However, Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 had a stimulating impact on growth processes. On the 7-th day of seedlings' development, the length of the shoot validly increased (by 12%), and a number of roots with the slight decrease of its length did the same. The pattern of increasing number of roots is observed in the experiment with Petri dishes and with water culture. It is possible that bacteria synthesize substances – in particular, phytohormones – that contribute to rhizogenesis. A trend toward the increase of plant leaves' area (in the experimental version with culture solution it increases in relation to control by 1.2-8.1%, in soil culture – by 2.5-6.5%), weight, and average daily growth was defined. At the same time, the increase of chlorophyll content in experimental plants' leaves happens. Observed results show a positive impact of Pseudomonas sp. GEOT18 strain on growth processes of common oats.
