Апробация органоминерального удобрения на основе осадков сточных вод | Approbation of organic-mineral fertilizer based on sewage sludge

Non-traditional fertilizers and ameliorants, including organic-mineral fertilizers (OMF), are required to maintain the fertility of soils with low content of humus in the arid climate zone, as well as to increase the productivity of agricultural crops. Modern strategies of agriculture development based on chemicalization, that why it is very important to introduce environmentally friendly technologies, which use OMF, obtained as a result of biological treatment of domestic sewage sludge, for increasing soil fertility. Therefore, the use of such fertilizers, to maintain soil fertility and improve the products quality, is expedient, environmentally friendly, and also solves the problem of sewage sludge disposal and provide rational nature management. Studies of the content of heavy metals in the OMF in 2016-2018 in the Volgograd region were carried out, its physical-chemical parameters were determined. The research results indicate that such fertilizers belong to group I and can be used in the cultivation of agricultural crops. The content of heavy metals did not exceed the values established in the technical requirements for the use of sewage sludge. The results of physical-chemical studies show that the moisture content in the OMF is in the optimal value (11%), the amount of organic matter (32%) correspond to the stated requirements, and the presence in such fertilizer of nitrogen (3.3%), phosphorus (4.27%) and potassium (0.31%) indicates a high fertilizing value of the OMF. High crop yield rates of safflower – from 1.42 to 1.51 t/ha with the OMF introduction of in the amount of 5 and 10 t/ha, respectively, were obtained as a result of the use of non-traditional organic-mineral fertilizer. Studies of the content of heavy metals in safflower seeds has also been carried out. The use of non-traditional OMF does not lead to exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations for heavy metals in safflower seeds.

Для поддержания плодородия слабо-гумусированных почв в зоне засушливого климата, а также увеличения продуктивности с.-х. культур необходимо внедрять нетрадиционные удобрения и мелиоранты, в том числе органоминеральные удобрения (ОМУ). Учитывая современные стратегии развития сельского хозяйства, основанные на химизации, весьма актуально внедрение экологически безопасных технологий с применением ОМУ, полученных в результате биологической очистки сточных бытовых вод с использованием ферментно-кавитационного метода с целью дальнейшего их использования для поддержания плодородия почвы и повышения качества продукции. Проведенные в 2016-2018 гг. в Волгоградской области исследования ОМУ на содержание тяжелых металлов и по физико-химическим показателям свидетельствуют, что удобрения относятся к I группе и могут использоваться при возделывании с.-х. культур. Содержание тяжелых металлов не превышало значений, установленных в технических требованиях по использованию осадков сточных вод. Результаты физико-химического обследования показывают, что массовая доля влаги в ОМУ находится в оптимальном значении (11%), количество органического вещества (32%) соответствует заявленным требованиям, а наличие в удобрении азота (3,3%), фосфора (4,27%) и калия (0,31%) говорит о высокой удобрительной ценности ОМУ. В результате использования нетрадиционного органоминерального удобрения удалось получить более высокие показатели урожайности – от 1,42 до 1,51 т/га на фоне внесения ОМУ 5 и 10 т/га соответственно. Контроль за содержанием тяжелых металлов в семенах сафлора красильного показал, что их значения не превышают предельно допустимые концентрации при использовании нетрадиционного ОМУ.
