An experiment was conducted with the aim to determine the management of chemical fertilizers in combination with soil amendments to increase yield of water convolvulus in Pak Chong soil series. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications and 11 treatments. The results showed that fresh weight, dry weight and yield of the water convolvulus at harvest (28 days) were highly significant different. The application of chemical fertilizers at ? of recommended rate from soil analysis result in combination with soil amendments rate of 75 kg/rai (T11), provided the highest of fresh weight, dry weight and total yield. While the chemical fertilizer at recommended rate in combination with soil amendments rate of 75 kg/rai (T8), provided the highest of organic matter content, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, exchangeable potassium and cation exchange capacity of the soil. There were no significant effects of treatments on soil bulk density, field capacity, permanent wilting point and available water capacity. The application of chemical fertilizers ? of soil analysis values together with soil amendments at the rate of 75 kg/rai (T11), could reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and increase the yield of water convolvulus rather than using only chemical fertilizers
