In our country, grape is an important plant of cultivar whose everything such as leaves and pruning residues is evaluated.In agriculture of our country, grape has an important place however there are many problems. Inthese problems,the amount of productobtainedper unit area andproblems associated withlowqualityplays an important role.In culture of grape, yield is linear correlationwith the vine numbers ofin the fieldof unitsand the number and size of particles in the cluster on vineHowever, this kind of features, such as variety, rootstock, cultural practices and environmental conditions are affected by many external and internal factors.Thisstudy was conducted to increase the yield and quality in grape. Megamineral and Bionur commercial named preprations were used at Siyah Gemre and Burdur Dimriti varieties. Shoot length, number of flowers, number of grains, attitude rate of fruit, yield, grain width,grain size,fruit firmness, cluster weight,acidity, pH,TSS, vitamin C, grain weight, N,P, K,Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, B of leaf and branchmeasurements andanalyzes were done during the period. Varieties have been effective all featuresexcept forfruit firmness, acidity, vitamin C, leaf Mg and Zn, branch Cu, Zn and B. Applications are found to be effective on shoot length, fruit attitude rate, yield, vitamin C, leaf K, branch P, Mg and B amounts. As a resultMegamineral and Bionur were proposed in order to increase the yield and quality grapes.
