The article discusses the active issues of donkey farm management and milk production, analyzes the existing practices and the current situation. The study analyzes the effectiveness of using different types of food to increase donkey milk productivity, as well as the challenges and opportunities in this area. Emphasis was placed on aspects of farm management such as: opportunities to increase productivity under the influence of animal nutrition. Ref. 2.
