Influenţa unor materiale nanoporoase asupra conţinutului de ioni metalici din vin

White wines are alcoholic beverages, their composition being influenced by many and diverse factors corresponding to the specific production area, such as grape variety, soil and climate, culture, yeast, winemaking practices, transport and storage. An impact study to analyze white wine samples treated with micro and mesoporous materials (MCM-41, AlMCM-41, Mordenite, Clinoptilolite, SBA-15, KIT-6) in order to reduce metal content (Na, K, Ca, Fe) has been carried out. The metal content in wine was analyzed with a Shimadzu AA 6300 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, in accordance with OIV methods. The experimental results demonstrate that the micro- and mesoporous materials used for treating the wines samples modify the metal content. The ion exchange capacity of these materials is not entirely available for metal ions retaining and also the negatively charged surface can be a site for policondensation of small proteins.
