This article reflects the legal aspects of repairing the patrimonial damage. Under general rules on patrimonial liability, the person who suffered an damage, is entitled torestore all the demage in full lenght. It means that he must be put in a situation as close as possible to the previously coner state of condition. The principle of caused damages requires the responsible person to repair the patrimonial damage.
