This article presents the results of research on the influence of climatic conditions on the onset of the main phenophases and the quality of raspberry fruits. The research was carried out in the experimental sector of the Fruit Shrub Laboratory of the Scientific-Practical Institute of Horticulture and Food Technologies during the years 2018–2020. The biological material used was 3 varieties of raspberries: Delbard Magnific, Bulgarian Ruby, Citria. As a result of the research, it was established that: the average duration of the budding and flowering phases are directly influenced by the temperature values in March–April. From the beginning of the bud opening to the beginning of flowering, a period of 21-65 days passed. A period of 26-69 days passed between the beginning of flowering of raspberry plants and the beginning of fruit ripening. The analysis of the fruits showed that the climatic conditions in 2018 had a positive influence on the quality of the fruits, namely: dry substances (16.33%) for the variety Bulgarian Ruby, titratable acidity for the Delbard Magnificvariety (4.11%) and the content of vitamin C (36.10%) in the variety Delbard Magnific. The sugar content indicator highlighted the year 2019, in which these values were the highest for the varieties Bulgarian Ruby (6.45%) and Delbard Magnific (5.45%). The year 2020 was characterized by low dry matter content of all varieties (8.00–10.06%) and low sugar content (3.80–5.33%).
