An Automated System that automatically computes of the animal's sperm concentration count, motility and totality rate has been developed. Digital videos of sperms, which are magnified 10 times and obtained from a microscope with capturing device, consisting of around 62 frames each second, were used as inputs for the video analysis. Results showed that the values obtained from the automated microspic evaluation and manual evaluation have minimal differences with each other.
