Improving the strategic management of the fisheries complex on the basis of a cuctomer-oriented approach

The Russian fisheries complex is an important component of the food security system of the Russian Federation. In this regard, strategic management becomes one of the key mechanisms that allows market actors in the field of fisheries to respond in a timely manner to changes in the external environment, and to create conditions for ensuring the economic and physical availability of fish products for customers. Based on the SWOT analysis of the system of strategic management of the fisheries complex, the conclusion is formulated that the most effective direction of development of the fisheries complex at the present stage is customeroriented, which allows integrating the interests of business entities, end users and the state. The model of client-oriented strategic management of the fisheries complex and the mechanism of its implementation, allowing to specify the methods and tools of interaction between business entities, have been developed
