英语. The relevance is due to the peculiarities of the climate of the Volgograd region, which is mainly located in the steppe and semi-desert zones. As a result, one of the negative factors affecting crop production in the region is the drought, which causes enormous damage to crops. One of the methods of controlling the death of seedlings due to drought is the application of hydrogel granules. The purpose of the work is to identify the positive effect of hydrogel granules on the seedlings of vegetable and melon crops and to develop a section of the seeder for their application. To identify the positive effect of saturated hydrogel on seedlings, experiments were conducted in the laboratory. Statistical data of experiments are collected in tables. For the introduction of pellets, it is proposed to use the developed section of the vegetable seeder for precise seeding with simultaneous sowing of seeds. Field experiments were conducted to identify the characteristics of hydrogel granules application. According to the experiments, the dependences of the growth of seedlings on time were obtained. A comparison was made between tomato seed sprouts, seed and hydrogel sprouts, seed sprouts and introduced saturated hydrogel under simulated drought conditions. Depending on this, the design of the developed section of the seeder for applying saturated hydrogel was determined. As a result of field experiments, the characteristics of granule application were revealed. As a result of the conducted research, the positive effect of saturated hydrogel on the seedlings of vegetable crops was noted. The use of hydrogel granules allows seedlings to better tolerate deteriorated climatic conditions and increases their resistance in arid climates. The design of a section of a precision seeding drill for applying pellets over a certain distance was proposed.

俄语. Актуальность обусловлена особенностями климата Волгоградской области, преимущественно расположенной в степной и полупустынной зонах. В следствие этого одним из негативных факторов воздействия на растениеводство области является засуха, наносящая колоссальный вред посевам. Одним из методов борьбы с гибелью всходов из-за засухи является внесение гранул гидрогеля. Цель работы – выявление положительного влияния гранул гидрогеля на всходы овощных и бахчевых культур, разработка секции сеялки для их внесения. Для выявления положительного влияния насыщенного гидрогеля на всходы проводились опыты в условиях лаборатории. Статистические данные опытов собраны в таблицы. Для внесения гранул предлагается использовать разработанную секцию сеялки овощных культур точного высева с одновременным посевом семян. Проводились полевые опыты, связанные с выявлением характеристик внесения гранул гидрогеля. По данным опытов были получены зависимости роста всходов от времени. Было проведено сравнение между всходами семян томатов, всходами семян и гидрогеля, всходами семян и внесенного насыщенного гидрогеля в условиях имитации засухи. В зависимости от этого была определена конструкция разрабатываемой секции сеялки для внесения насыщенного гидрогеля. В результате полевых опытов были выявлены характеристики внесения гранул. В результате проведенных исследований было отмечено положительное влияние насыщенного гидрогеля на всходы овощных культур. Применение гранул гидрогеля позволяет всходам лучше переносить ухудшившиеся климатические условия и повышает их стойкость в засушливом климате. Была предложена конструкция секции сеялки точного высева для внесения гранул через определенное расстояние.
