Study of factors determining aerobic stability of silage from corn harvested in the phase of waxy ripeness of the grain | Исследование факторов, определяющих аэробную стабильность силоса из кукурузы, заготовленной в фазе восковой спелости зерна

Силос из кукурузы, заготовленной в фазе восковой спелости зерна, восприимчив к аэробной порче, что обусловливает увеличение потерь питательных веществ и снижение качества корма при выемке из хранилищ. Тщательное измельчение растений, улучшающее их уплотнение, соблюдение правил выемки силоса из траншей способствуют повышению его аэробной стабильности, но не решают до конца проблему аэробной порчи. Выполненные исследования показали, что аэробная стабильность кукурузного силоса во многом зависит от срока его хранения в анаэробных условиях. Продолжительная ферментация массы (не менее 117 суток) в герметичных условиях обеспечивает получение стабильного на воздухе корма и при её обычном силосовании. В этом случае препараты молочнокислых бактерий можно не применять, поскольку они уже не приводят к дальнейшему улучшению аэробной стабильности корма. При непродолжительном сроке силосования (30-35 суток) кукурузы, что часто наблюдается при круглогодичном скармливании силоса скоту, обычный силос, как правило, бывает нестабильным при хранении на воздухе. Для повышения аэробной стабильности следует увеличить накопление в корме уксусной кислоты, обладающей фунгицидным действием. С этой целью необходимо применять препараты на основе классических штаммов молочнокислых бактерий и культуры Lactobacillus buchneri (Magniva Platinum 1, Magniva Platinum 2 и BioCrimp), способствующих накоплению уксусной кислоты. Препараты на основе классических штаммов молочнокислых бактерий (Биотроф, Биосиб) и культуры Bacillus subtilis (Биотроф 111) заметно не улучшают аэробную стабильность кукурузного силоса.

It is necessary to increase the accumulation of acetic acid in the feed, which has a fungicidal effect, to increase aerobic stability. For this purpose, it is necessary to use preparations based on classic strains of lactic acid bacteria and Lactobacillus buchneri culture (Magniva Platinum 1, Magniva Platinum 2 and BioCrimp). Preparations based on homofermentative lactic acid bacteria (Biotrof, Biosib) and Bacillus subtilis culture (Biotrof 111) do not improve noticeably the aerobic stability of corn silage.
