Application of herbicides based on spectral measurements | Применение гербицидов на основе спектральных измерений

The decrease of herbicide usage, can be successfully realized through the differential application, i.e. the expenditure of the chemical or working liquid is changing during the treatment depending on the weediness level. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of the differential herbicide treatment, based on the spectral measures of the plantation conditions. The studies were carried out in the plantations of the spring barley 'Leningradskiy' in 2015, 2017 and 2018. The experimental design included strong, medium and week infestation of the plots, and uniform and differential herbicide application; the control was not treated with the herbicide. With the uniform application of the herbicide, there was used the full dose regardless of the degree of plot infestation; with the differentiated application, the rate of varied depending on the degree of weediness according to the ground-based NDVI index. The uniform treatment was more preferable in terms of influence on weediness (by 13.7–18.5% in terms of number, by 9.8–18.4% in phytomass) and yield formation (by 1–13%). At the same time, the herbicide rate differentiated on the basis of measurements of the vegetation NDVI index ensured approximately the same decrease in the number and phytomass of weeds as the full rate (in terms of numbers the decrease was 58.6 and 64.1%, respectively, in terms of phytomass – 70.3 and 75.7%). However, higher profitability of herbicidal treatment twice for 3 years of the research was achieved in the variant with the differentiated implementation of protective measures due to a significant (39–41%) reduction in the volume of the preparation use.

Снижение объемов применения гербицидов может быть успешно реализовано путем дифференцированного их использования, когда норма расхода препарата или рабочей жидкости изменяется в период обработкив зависимости от уровня засоренности. Цель исследований – оценка эффективности дифференцированного проведения гербицидной обработки, основанного на спектральных измерениях состояния посева. Работу проводили на посевах ярового ячменя сорта Ленинградский в Ленинградской области в 2015, 2017–2018 гг. Схемой опыта была предусмотрена сильная, средняя и слабая засоренность делянок, а также равномерное (полная норма расхода гербицида независимо от степени засоренности делянок) идифференцированное (норму расхода гербицида варьировали в зависимости от степени засоренности по данным наземного определения индекса NDVI)применение гербицидов, контролем служил вариант без обработки гербицидом. Более предпочтительной по влиянию на засоренность (на 13,7…18,5% по численности, на 9,8…18,4% по фитомассе) и формирование урожая (на 1…13%) была равномерная обработка. При этом дифференцированная на основе измерений вегетационного индекса NDVI норма расхода гербицида обеспечивала примерно такое же снижение численности и фитомассы сорных растений, как и полная норма (по численности 58,6 и 64,1% соответственно, по фитомассе – 70,3 и75,7%). Однако более высокая рентабельность гербицидной обработки дважды из 3 лет исследований достигалась в варианте с дифференцированным проведением защитных мероприятий вследствие значительного (на 39…41%) снижения объемов применения препарата.
