The effect of increasing nitrogen doses on the productivity and quality of the green biomass of oilseed radish | Влияние возрастающих доз азота на продуктивность и качество зеленой массы редьки масличной

Редька масличная (Raphanus sativus L. var. oleifera Metzg,) из семейства Brassicacea является малораспространенной культурой с высоким потенциалом продуктивности, зеленой массой, имеющей кормовое и сидеральное значение. Представлены результаты полевых опытов по изучению влияния возрастающих доз минерального азота на фоне неизменных доз фосфора и калия в отношении структурных элементов и продукционных процессов Raphanus sativus L. var. oleifera Metzg. сорта Радуга (к-8) в природно-климатических условиях Ленинградской области. Исследование проводилось на территории агробиостанции РГПУ им. А.И. Герцена в пос. Вырица. В опыте применялись удобрения: аммиачная селитра, простой гранулированный суперфосфат и сульфат. Морфометрические измерения и продуктивность редьки оценивались в фазе активного цветения (укосной спелости). Качество надземной массы определялось по содержанию основных элементов минерального питания – азота (N), фосфора (P2O5) и калия (K2O) лабораторно-аналитическим исследованием по общепринятой методике. Количество нитратов в зеленой массе измеряли при помощи ионоселективного нитратного электрода ионометрическим методом. Результаты исследований показали, что ростовые процессы (высота растений, площадь листовой поверхности), зеленая биомасса и накопление абсолютно сухого вещества в надземных органах редьки максимально увеличиваются при внесении N150 на фоне P60K60. Дальнейшее увеличение доз азота приводило к снижению исследованных показателей. Содержание основных элементов минерального питания (азота, фосфора и калия) оптимально в варианте N90P60K60. Однако в отношении концентрации нитратов показано, что превышение ПДК происходит при достижении минерального фона выше N60P60K60.

Oilseed radish (Raphanus sativus L. var. oleifera Metzg,) from the family Brassicacea is a sparsely distributed crop with a high productivity potential of green biomass, which has forage and green-manure value. The results of field studies of the effect of growing doses of mineral nitrogen against the background of unchanged doses of phosphorus and potassium on the structural elements and production processes of Raphanus sativus L. var. oleifera Metzg variety Raduga/Rainbow (k-8) in the natural and climatic conditions of the Leningrad region were presented. The study was conducted on the territory of the agrobiostation of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in the vil. Vyritsa. In the experiment, fertilizers were used: ammonium nitrate, simple granular superphosphate and sulfate. Morphometric measurements and productivity of radish were evaluated in the phase of active flowering. The quality of the aboveground biomass was determined by the content of the main elements of mineral nutrition-nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P2O5) and potassium (K2O) by laboratory and analytical research according to the generally accepted method. The amount of nitrates in the green biomass was measured using an ion-selective nitrate electrode by the ionometric method. The results of the studies showed that the growth processes (plant height, leaf surface area), green biomass, and the accumulation of absolutely air-dry matter; in the aboveground radish organs are maximally increased when N150 is introductioned against the background of P60K60. A further increase in the dose of nitrogen on the options caused a decrease in the studied parameters. The content of the main elements of mineral nutrition (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) is optimal in the N90P60K60 variant. However, with respect to the concentration of nitrates, it is shown that the MPC is exceeded when the mineral background reaches above N60P60K60.
