俄语. В Научно-исследовательском институте сельского хозяйства Крыма создан исходный селекционный материал Salvia sclarea с использованием методов клеточной инженерии. Цель исследований – изучение основных хозяйственных и морфометрических показателей образцов шалфея мускатного, созданных с использованием разных биотехнологических методов, на основных этапах селекционного процесса. Исследовали образцы, полученные in vitro с применением 3-х методов: регенеранты (R2-R3) из каллусов сортов С-785 и Тайган; гибриды (S. sclarea L. х S. grandiflora Etling.), сформированные в культуре изолированных зародышей; и формы, отобранные в эмбриокультуре на селективной среде с осмотиком (маннитом или NaCl). При изучении 10 образцов шалфея (семенное потомство регенерантов) в селекционном питомнике (2012–2014 гг.) выделено 3, превосходящих по основным хозяйственным показателям контрольный сорт Тайган. Сбор эфирного масла у них был в 1,2–1,4 раза выше, чем в контроле. В питомнике конкурсного сортоиспытания (2016–2019 гг.) из 3-х образцов (№ R3-1-6, 226-08 и 1-01) лучшим по ряду показателей был № R3-1-6, являющийся семенным потомством регенеранта, полученного при индукции морфогенеза из каллуса. Характерной особенностью этого образца является повышенное на 41,1% количество боковых побегов на соцветиях, что способствовало увеличению массы растения. По урожайности соцветий (162,0 ц/га) и сбору эфирного масла (51,5 кг/га) № R3-1-6 превосходил контроль на 24,9% и 43,9% соответственно. Получен патент на сорт шалфея мускатного Селинж (№ R3-1-6), при создании которого впервые использован метод клеточной инженерии.

The initial breeding material of Salvia sclarea was obtained at the Research Institute of Agriculture of Crimea using methods of cell engineering (induction of somaclones from callus cultures, obtaining hybrids in embryoculture and cell selection for resistance to osmotic stress). The aim of this work was to study the main economic and morphometric parameters of clary sage specimens created using various biotechnological methods at the main stages of the breeding process. As a material for research, we used specimens obtained in vitro using three biotechnological methods. We used regenerants (R2-R3) from calli of 'C-785' and 'Taigan' cultivars, obtained in isolated embryo culture hybrids (Salvia sclarea L. x S. grandiflora Etling.) and forms selected in embryoculture on an osmotic selective medium containing mannitol or NaCl. In results of studying 10 sage specimens (seed progeny of regenerants) in the breeding nursery (2012–2014), three ones that exceeded the control cultivar 'Taigan' in terms of basic economic traits were identified. The collection of essential oil from them was 1.2-1.4 times higher than in the control. In the nursery of competitive variety trials (2016–2019), when studying three samples (No. R3-1-6, 226-08 and 1-01), No. R3-1-6 was selected for a number of indicators. This specimen is seed progeny of regenerant obtained by the induction of morphogenesis from callus. It has an increase in the number of lateral shoots per inflorescence by 41.1%, which contributed to an increase in the mass of inflorescences. By the yield of inflorescences (162.0 c/ha) and the collection of essential oil (51.5 kg/ha), No. R3-1-6 exceeded control by 24.9% and 43.9%, respectively. The new clary sage cultivar 'Selinzh' (No. R3-1-6) created with the cell engineering method for the first time was patented.
