Обоснование параметров конвективно-инфракрасного способа подсушки стеблевой массы льна масличного | Justification of the parameters of the convective infrared method of predrying of crown flax stalks

俄语. Исследован процесс конвективно-инфракрасного способа подсушки спутанной стеблевой массы льна масличного на экспериментальной установке при различных параметрах и режимах. Показана возможность использования для этого энергосберегающей сушильной машины марки МС-1, разработана её конструктивно-технологическая схема, обоснованы параметры и режимы работы. Результаты экспериментов показали, что продолжительность подсушки стеблевой массы влажностью от 30 до 14% при температуре воздуха 80 град. С, его относительной влажности 8–9%, объёмном расходе 2200–3100 м3/ч и скорости 4–6 м/с составляет 2,0–2,9 мин, а при влажности от 25 до 14% и при тех же условиях – от 1,5 до 2,2 мин. Показано, что использование только конвективного способа сушки является достаточным при следующих характеристиках воздушного потока: скорость – 5,3 и 5,8 м/с, объёмный расход – 2800 и 3100 м3/ч. При этом оптимальными являются следующие параметры: скорость воздуха – не менее 6 м/с, его объёмный расход – не менее 3100 м3/ч, температура – не менее 75 град. С, степень рециркуляции воздуха – 1,5–1,7. Определено, что дополнительное включение в конструкцию установки с тремя калориферами двух ИК-нагревателей суммарной тепловой мощностью 2 кВт не оказывает существенного влияния на продолжительность подсушки. Построена обобщающая зависимость влияния времени сушки на влажность подсушиваемого льна, а также регрессионная модель, отражающая связь продолжительности подсушки с исходной влажностью масличного льна, объёмным расходом воздуха и его температурой, используя которую можно определить длину сушильной машины. Полученные данные необходимы для внесения корректировок в конструкцию для эксплуатации машины МС-1 при сушке льна масличного в линиях производства волокна, а также при разработке новых образцов машин.

英语. There was studied the process of the convective infrared method of predrying of the twisted crown flax stalks on an experimental installation at various parameters and modes. The possibility of using a MS-1 energy-saving drying machine for this is shown, its design and technological scheme has been developed, the parameters and operating modes have been justified. Experimental results have shown that the predrying duration of flax stalks with a humidity of 30 to 14% at an air temperature of 80 deg C, its relative humidity of 8–9%, at air-flow rate of 2200–3100 m3/h with air flow speed of 4–6 m/s is 2.0–2.9 min, at a humidity of 25 to 14% and under the same conditions the predrying duraration is 1.5–2.2 minutes. It is shown that the use of only the convective drying method is sufficient for the following characteristics of the air flow: the speed is 5.3 and 5.8 m/s, air capacity is 2800 and 3100 m3/h. In this case, the following parameters are optimal: air flow speed is not less than 6 m/s, air-flow rate is not less than 3100 m3/h, the temperature is not less than 75 deg C, and the degree of air recirculation is 1.5–1.7. It has been determined that the use of two additional IR heaters with a total heating capacity of 2 kW in the design of the unit with three calorifers does not significantly affect the predrying duration. A generalizing dependence of the influence of the drying time on the humidity of the crown flax was formulated, as well as a regression model reflecting the relationship of the predrying time with the initial humidity of the crown flax, air capacity and its temperature. Due to the developed regression model, it is possible to determine the length of the drying machine. The obtained data are necessary for entering of adjustments to the design of the MS-1 machine when drying crown flax in fiber production lines, as well as when developing new machine samples.
