Effective functioning of the raw material segment as a condition for balanced and sustainable development of domestic meat production | Эффективное функционирование сырьевого сегмента как условие сбалансированного и устойчивого развития отечественного мясного производства

俄语. Развитие животноводческой сферы является важнейшим фактором эффективного функционирования перерабатывающей сферы и всего отраслевого рынка. Отечественные производители свинины полностью удовлетворили спрос внутреннего рынка. Теперь перед ними стоит задача активизировать экспортный потенциал. От эффективности решения данной задачи будет зависеть перспективное будущее всего отечественного свиноводства. Были проанализированы статистические данные производственно-экономического развития данного отраслевого сегмента АПК. В частности, проведен анализ баланса спроса и предложения; исследованы рыночные конъюнктурные изменения; изучена динамика изменения объемов производства свинины в живом и убойном весе; проведена оценка динамики изменения поголовья свиней; проведена сравнительная оценка показателей воспроизводства в сфере свиноводства в странах ЕС и России; установлены и обобщены основные факторы, определяющие эффективность функционирования свиноводческих предприятий; проведена оценка целевых индикаторов технологического развития отечественного свиноводства; установлены основные причины, сдерживающие развитие отечественного отраслевого сегмента АПК; приведен рейтинг крупнейших национальных производителей свинины, а также перечень инвестиционных проектов ведущих игроков отраслевого рынка. Технико-технологический уровень развития отечественного свиноводства (более 60%) в настоящее время соответствует мировым стандартам. Отечественный рынок свинины развивается в контексте интермиттирующего влияния двух факторов: снижение платежеспособного спроса населения и насыщение рынка продукцией. Для дальнейшего устойчивого развития свиноводства России необходимо повысить у населения покупательскую способность (увеличить емкость внутреннего рынка), а также нарастить экспортные поставки свинины в зарубежные страны, в основном Юго-Восточной Азии. Сформулированы меры государственной поддержки отечественного свиноводства в направлении наращивания и активизации экспортных поставок.

英语. The development of the livestock sector is the most important factor in the effective functioning of the processing sector and the entire industry market. The domestic pork producers have fully satisfied the demand of the domestic market. Now they are faced with the task of activating their export potential. The long-term future of the entire domestic pig industry will depend on the effectiveness of this task. The statistical data on the production and economic development of this industrial segment of the agro-industrial complex were analyzed. In particular, the analysis of the balance of supply and demand; market researched competitive developments; studied dynamics of volumes of pork production in live and carcass weight; the evaluation of dynamics of changes of pigs livestock; comparative evaluation of reproductive performance in pig production in the EU and Russia; identified and summarized the main factors determining the efficiency of pig farms; the assessment indicators of the technological development of the domestic pig; the main reasons hindering the development of the domestic industrial segment of the agro-industrial complex are identified; the rating of the largest national pork producers is given, as well as a list of investment projects of the leading players in the industry market. The technical and technological level of development of domestic pig breeding (more than 60%) is currently in line with world standards. The domestic pork market is developing in the context of the intermittent influence of two factors: a decrease in the effective demand of the population and saturation of the market with products. For the further sustainable development of pig breeding in Russia, it is necessary to increase the purchasing power of the population (to increase the capacity of the domestic market), as well as to increase export supplies of pork to foreign countries, mainly in Southeast Asia. The measures of state support for domestic pig production in terms of increasing and activating export supplies were formulated.
