Recommendations for the operation of automated control systems of the reclamation mode of agroecosystem | Рекомендации по эксплуатации автоматизированных систем управления мелиоративным режимом агроэкосистем

Разрабатывали теоретические и практические рекомендации сельхозтоваропроизводителям, которые готовят требования для разработки, внедряют и эксплуатируют системы автоматизации агропроизводства в мелиоративном секторе экономики. Объект исследований - системы управления мелиоративным режимом агроэкосистем, предмет – системы автоматизации технологических процессов (АСУ ТП) агропроизводства. Применялся информационно-аналитический подход, в т.ч. системный и сравнительный анализ, а также экспертная и эвристическая оценка полученных результатов. Выполненый анализ использования возможностей, преимуществ и достижений цифровизации и автоматизации производственных процессов агробизнеса, выявил серьезное отставание процедур и операций внедрения в производство уже разработанных цифровых технологий. Сформулированы и решены задачи эффективного становления цифровизации агропроизводства, ориентированные на приоритетное использование цифровых компетенций всех участников агробизнеса. Разработан в универсальном формате алгоритм действий при внедрении систем автоматизации мелиорируемых агроэкосистем, обеспечивающий успешность их функционирования. Сформированы мероприятия по внедрению автоматизированных технологий управления агроэкосистемами, способствующие эффективности цифровизации агропроизводства. Это выбор участка применения АСУ ТП, оценка потребности в ресурсах для успешного функционирования новаций, формирование и реализация мероприятий по проведению строительно-монтажных работ, пуско-наладочные работы и опытная эксплуатация средств автоматизации, создание инструктивно-методического обеспечения производственной эксплуатации автоматизированных технологий. В сложившихся реалиях формирование у товаропроизводителей новых знаний и навыков управления производственными процессами, образующих единую систему с производством продукции, позволяет минимизировать сроки внедрения значимых результатов исследований в практику эксплуатации земледельческих систем.

There were developed theoretical and practical recommendations for agricultural producers, who prepare requirements for development, implement and operate automation systems for agricultural production in the reclamation sector of the economy. The object of research was the management systems of the reclamation regime of agroecosystems, the subject - the automation control systems of technological processes (ACS TP) of agricultural production. An information-analytical approach was used, including a systematic and comparative analysis, as well as expert and heuristic assessments of the results obtained. The analysis of the use of the opportunities, advantages and achievements of digitalization and automation of production processes in agribusiness revealed a serious lag in the procedures and operations for introducing already developed digital technologies into production. The tasks of the effective formation of digitalization of agricultural production, focused on the priority use of digital competencies of all participants in the agribusiness have been formulated and solved. An algorithm of actions in the implementation of automation systems for reclaimed agroecosystems has been developed in a universal format, ensuring the success of their functioning. Measures have been developed for the introduction of automated technologies for managing agroecosystems, contributing to the efficiency of digitalization of agricultural production. These are the choice of the site for ACS TP application, the assessment of the need for resources for the successful functioning of innovations, the formation and implementation of measures for the construction and installation work, commissioning and trial operation of automation equipment, the creation of instructive and methodological support of production operation of automated technologies. In the current realities, the formation in producers of new knowledge and skills in managing production processes, forming a single system with the production of products, increases makes it possible to minimize the time for introducing significant research results into the practice of agricultural system operating.
