В вегетационном опыте изучено влияние стимулирующей рост растений ризосферной бактерии Pseudomonas fluorescens 20 на урожай яровой пшеницы при искусственном загрязнении агросерой почвы водорастворимым соединением никеля. Растения выращивали до фазы выхода в трубку на фоне внесения NPK-удобрений и NiCl2*6H2O из расчета 300 мг Ni/кг почвы, что значительно превышает предельно допустимую концентрацию элемента в почве. Изучали химический состав растений, а также вынос из почвы никеля и питательных элементов вегетативной массой и корнями. Содержание Ni и других зольных элементов определяли методами эмиссионно-оптической спектроскопии индуктивно-связанной плазмы и пламенной фотометрии после мокрого озоления растительного материала. Содержание азота в растениях устанавливали феноловым методом. При внесении бактерии устойчивость растений к токсическому действию тяжелого металла возрастала, что выражалось в увеличении массы вегетативных органов и корней в загрязненных условиях. Одновременно улучшалось минеральное питание яровой пшеницы, которое сопровождалось увеличением выноса питательных элементов из почвы растениями, что, вероятно, обусловлено их ответной протекторной реакцией на загрязнение почвы Ni. Это происходило вследствие стимуляции роста инокулированных бактериями растений, в целом без значимых изменений содержания элементов в вегетативной массе и корнях. Использование бактерии усиливало процесс фитоэкстракции (очистки почвы от тяжелого металла) и вынос никеля корнями без значимых изменений его концентрации в вегетативной массе и корнях. Корни аккумулировали на порядок больше металла, чем вегетативная масса. Influence of plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens 20 on the yield of spring wheat under artificial contamination of agro-gray soil with a water-soluble nickel compound was studied in a greenhouse experiment. Plants were grown up to the booting stage against the background of NPK fertilizers and NiCl2*6H2O at the rate of 300 mg Ni/kg soil, significantly exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of the element in soil. Elemental chemical composition of plants and uptake of nickel and nutrients from soil by green matter and roots were studied. Concentration of Ni and other ash elements, except potassium in green matter and roots were determined respectively by the methods of emission-optical spectroscopy of inductively coupled plasma and flame photometry after wet ashing of plant material. N content in plants was determined by phenol method. Increase in plant resistance to toxic effect of heavy metal, which was expressed in increase in the mass of shoots and roots in contaminated conditions was found when applied bacterium. At the same time, the mineral nutrition of spring wheat improved, which was accompanied by an increase in the removal of nutrients from the soil by plants, which is probably due to their protective response to Ni soil contamination. This was due to the stimulation of the growth of plants inoculated with bacteria, generally without significant changes in the content of elements in the vegetative mass and roots. The use of bacteria enhanced the process of phytoextraction (cleaning the soil from heavy metal) and removal of nickel by roots without significant changes in its concentration in the vegetative mass and roots. Roots accumulated an order of magnitude more metal than the vegetative mass. Soil pollution Ni, regardless of bacterial inoculation, increased the content of Mg and a number of other nutrients in the vegetative mass and plant roots.
