Comparative analysis of the use of udder treatment agents in the prevention of mastitis and improving the quality of milk in cows | Сравнительный анализ применения средств для обработки вымени в профилактике маститов и повышении качества молока коров

The aim of this study is to study the effectiveness of the use of various means for treating the udder of cows in order to prevent the incidence of mastitis and improve the quality of milk, since in order to prevent the development of mastitis for a long time, it is necessary not only to destroy the disease itself and control its symptoms, but also to take all kinds of measures to prevent the disease. To conduct a scientific and economic experiment, 4 groups of analog pairs were formed, of which 3 are experimental and 1 control, according to the method using box tie housing in all four groups. To treat the udder, agents based on iodine, chlorhexidine, chlorhexidine digluconate and probiotic bacteria were used. The summer use of Priolit Vortex and Algavit Vortex in 1 experimental group showed a decrease in the number of mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic microorganisms in cow's milk from 200,000 to 97,000 CFU/cm, which is 48.5% less than at the beginning of the experiment. Treatment with disinfectants Priolit Vortex and Elovit Vortex in the 2 experimental group made it possible to reduce the number of mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic microorganisms by 68.4%. The use of probiotic agents Skin Cleaner and PIP Сow Тeat Сleaner for treating the udder of cows allowed reducing the number of mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic microorganisms in the milk of cows in experimental group 3 from 180,000 to 10,000 CFU/cm3, which is by 61.1% less than the initial indicators. The number of somatic cells in the milk of cows of the 1 experimental group decreased from 750,000 to 120,000 in 1 cm3, in the 2 experimental group the number of somatic cells decreased from 250,000 to 180,000 in 1 cm3, in the 3 experimental group from 390,000 to 340,000 in 1 cm3. In the control group, an increase by 84% in the number of somatic cells was found.

Цель исследования - изучение эффективности применения различных средств для обработки вымени коров с целью профилактики заболеваемости маститами и повышения качества молока, поскольку для предотвращения развития маститов на продолжительное время нужно не только уничтожать саму болезнь и бороться с ее симптомами, но и сделать всевозможные мероприятия для профилактики заболевания. Для проведения научно-хозяйственного опыта сформировали 4 группы (3 опытные и 1 контрольная) по методу пар-аналогов с использованием привязного способа содержания в стойлах во всех группах. Для обработки вымени применяли средства на основе йода, хлоргексидина, хлоргексидина диглюконата и пробиотических бактерий. Применение в летний период средств "Приолит Вортекс" и "Алгавит Вортекс" в I опытной группе показало снижение количества мезофильных аэробных и факультативно-анаэробных микроорганизмов (КМАФАнМ) в молоке коров с 200 000 до 97 000 КОЕ/см, что на 48,5% меньше, чем в начале опыта. Обработка дезинфицирующими средствами "Приолит Вортекс" и "Эловит Вортекс" во II опытной группе позволила снизить КМАФАнМ на 68,4%. Применение пробиотических средств Skin Cleaner и PIP Сow Тeat Сleaner для обработки вымени коров способствовало снижению КМАФАнМ 3 в молоке коров в III опытной группе с 180 000 до 110 000 КОЕ/см3, что на 61,1% меньше первоначальных показателей. Количество соматических клеток в молоке коров I опытной группы уменьшилось с 750 000 до 120 000 в 1 см3, во II опытной группе - с 250 000 до 180 000 в 1 см3, в III опытной группе - с 390 000 до 340 000 в 1 см3. В контрольной группе обнаружили повышение количества соматических клеток на 84%.
