Сравнительный анализ содержания тяжелых металлов в сырье некоторых представителей рода Paeonia L | Comparative analysis of the content of heavy metals in raw materials of some representatives of the genus Paeonia L.

俄语. В настоящее время тяжелые металлы рассматриваются в качестве основных загрязнителей почв. Известно, что вегетативная масса с.-х. культур способна накапливать их в большом количестве. Декоративные цветочные культуры, которые прочно занимают свою экологическую нишу, практически не рассматриваются с данной точки зрения. Цель работы - изучение особенностей накопления тяжелых металлов в надземных и подземных органах некоторых представителей рода Paeonia L. в условиях урбанизированной среды города Уфы. Объектами исследований являлись 7 таксонов пиона (P. peregrina Mill., P. lactiflora Pall., P. lactiflora f. rosea, P. delavayi Franch., P. x hybrida Аппассионата, Мустай Карим, Jeanne d'Arc). Разные таксоны и части растений пионов сравнивались по способности к биоаккумуляции тяжелых металлов впервые. Изучение элементного состава надземной и подземной частей проводили по методике № М-02-1009-05 атомной спектроскопии. Математическую обработку данных осуществляли с помощью общепринятых методов вариационной статистики с использованием пакета программ AgCStat в виде надстройки Excel.Выявлено, что в изученных образцах содержание меди в 4,15-2520,00 раз выше, чем других элементов. Отмечено, что минимальные концентрации мышьяка, кадмия, хрома, марганца и железа отмечены в корнях; свинца и никеля - в цветках; меди - в листьях изучаемых пионов. Максимальное содержание мышьяка, свинца, хрома обнаружено в листьях; кадмия, никеля, марганца - в стеблях; железа - в цветках. Результаты корреляционного анализа показали, что абсолютные значения концентраций изучаемых элементов у рассматриваемых таксонов пиона коррелируют между собой в слабой и средней степени. Корреляционное изучение пар элементов позволяет оценить синергизм накопления или его отсутствие. Выявленные различия между таксонами в накоплении тяжелых металлов свидетельствуют о возможности уменьшения экологического риска посредством целенаправленного подбора культиваров для возделывания на загрязненных территориях.

英语. Currently, heavy metals are considered as priority soil pollutants. It is known that the vegetative mass of agricultural crops is capable of accumulating them in large quantities. Flower-decorative cultures, which hold their firm ecological niche, are practically not considered from this point of view. The aim of this work is to study the features of the accumulation of heavy metals in the aboveground and underground organs of some representatives of the genus Paeonia L. in the urbanized environment of the city of Ufa. The objects of research were 7 taxa of peony (P. peregrina Mill., P. lactiflora Pall., P. lactiflora f. rosea, P. delavayi Franch., P. x hybrida Appassionata, Mustai Karim, Jeanne d'Arc). Different taxa and parts of peony plants were compared in terms of the ability to bioaccumulate heavy metals for the first time. The study of the elemental composition of the aboveground and underground parts was carried out according to the method No. M-02-1009-05 of atomic spectroscopy. Mathematical data processing was carried out using generally accepted methods of variation statistics using the AgCStat software package in the form of an Excel add-in. For the first time, different taxa and parts of Paeonia plants were taken for research. It has been revealed that in the studied samples the copper content is 4.15-2520.00 times higher than that of other elements. It is noted that the minimum concentrations of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, manganese and iron are noted in the roots; plumbum and nickel – in flowers; copper - in the leaves of the studied peonies. The maximum content of arsenic, plumbum, chromium is found in the leaves; cadmium, nickel, manganese - in the stems; iron - in flowers. That is, cutting peonies in the autumn before retirement avoids the accumulation of these microelements in the soil. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the absolute values of the concentrations of the studied elements in the considered taxa of peonies correlate with each other to a weak and medium degree. Correlation study of pairs of elements makes it possible to assess the synergism of accumulation or its absence. The revealed differences between taxa in the accumulation of heavy metals indicate the possibility of reducing environmental risk through targeted selection of cultivators for cultivation in polluted areas.
