Изучение микробиоценоза жабр и кишечника рыб при их выращивании с применением препаратов на основе бактериофагов | Study of microbiocenosis of fish gills and intestines in their cultivation using preparations based on bacteriophages

英语. The experimental data obtained in 2021 for using pyobacteriophage in rearing red tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus x O. niloticus) are presented. The microbiocenosis of gills and intestines of the two-year-old red tilapia species was studied after adding polyvalent pyobacteriophage (1 ml/l) to the aquarium water (experimental group 1 – EG) and processing compound feeds with this preparation (5 ml per daily rate) in combination with addition to water (EG2). For the analysis there was used the method of submerged inoculation into the MPA and Sabouraud media. When sowing the intestinal samples into the MPA medium there were inoculated the bacteria isolates: Bacterium, Sarcina, Staphylococcus, Actinomycetales. The dominant position in the qualitative composition of the microflora of the fish intestines belonged to the bacteria Staphylococcus (24 colonies), in EX1 - bacteria Bacterium (64 colonies). The fish intestinal microbiocenosis of EG2 was characterized by the representatives of Staphylococcus - 8 colonies. When inoculating into the Sabouraud's medium, the representatives of Micrococcus (35-56 colonies) dominated in the fish intestines of the control group and EG1; the microorganisms Bacterium, Actinomycetales, and Bacillus were met in single quantities. The gills microflora was stated to consist of a less diverse species composition compared to the microbiota of the digestive tract. Inoculation into the MPA medium showed that the dominant position was occupied by isolates of bacteria Bacterium in EG1 (6 colonies); in the control group the Bacterium representatives were found in single quantities. When sowing on Saburo medium, representatives of only 2 genera were identified in the gills of the red tilapia: Staphylococcus and Bacterium, and their largest number (57 colonies) was characteristic of EG1 (57 colonies). It has been concluded that using pyobacteriophage in fish farming does not have a negative effect on their microbiocenosis. The most effective variant is when the preparation was added to water and the combined feeds were treated with it. In this case, a decrease in the number of colonies of opportunistic microorganisms is achieved.

俄语. Представлены полученные в 2021 г. экспериментальные данные по применению пиобактериофага при выращивании красной тиляпии (Oreochromis mossambicus x O. niloticus). Изучен микробиоценоз жабр и кишечника двухгодовиков красной тиляпии при добавлении пиобактериофага поливалентного (1 мл/л) в воду аквариума (1-я опытная группа - ОГ) и обработке данным препаратом комбикормов (5 мл на суточную норму) в сочетании с добавлением в воду (2-я ОГ). Для анализа использован метода глубинного посева на среды МПА и Сабуро. При посеве проб кишечника на среду МПА были высеяны изоляты бактерий родов Bacterium, Sarcina, Staphylococcus, Actinomycetales. Доминирующее положение в качественном составе микрофлоры кишечника рыб занимали бактерии р. Staphylococcus (24 колонии), 1-й ОГ – р. Bacterium (64 колонии). Микробиоценоз кишечника рыб 2-й ОГ характеризовался присутствием представителей р. Staphylococcus – 8 колоний. При посеве на среду Сабуро в кишечнике рыб контрольной и 1-й ОГ доминировали представители р. Micrococcus (35-56 колоний), в единичных экземплярах представлены микроорганизмы р. Bacterium, р. Actinomycetales, р. Bacillus. Установлено, что микрофлора жабр была представлена меньшим видовым составом в сравнении с микробиотой пищеварительного тракта. Посев на среду МПА показал, что доминирующее положение занимали изоляты бактерий р. Bacterium в первой опытной группе (6 колоний), в контроле представители данного рода встречались в единичном экземпляре. При посеве на среду Сабуро в жабрах красной тиляпии выявлены представители лишь 2 родов: Staphylococcus и Bacterium, причем наибольшее их количество (57 колоний) было характерно для 1-ой ОГ. Сделан вывод, что применение пиобактериофага при выращивании рыб не оказывает негативного влияния на их микробиоценоз. Наиболее эффективен вариант, где препарат добавляли в воду и обрабатывали им комбикорма. В этом случае достигается снижение количества колоний условно-патогенных микроорганизмов.
