俄语. Основным вместилищем эфирного масла у лаванды узколистной являются пельтатные железистые трихомы чашечек в мутовках соцветий. Их средний размер составляет 175 ± 25 мкм, в отдельных случаях – до 250 мкм. Для экстракции лавандового масла используются не только чашечки, а соцветия целиком, включая цветоносные побеги. Поверхность цветоносов лаванды также покрыта пельтатными железистыми трихомами. Однако их вклад в общий объём эфирного масла в соцветии практически никогда не определялся. Целью настоящих исследований было изучение плотности распределения железистых трихом в соцветии и определение доли вклада цветоносных трихом в формирование эфирного масла в соцветии. Исследования проводили в 2021 г. на базе ФГБНУ ФНЦ ВНИИ масличных культур в двух эколого-географических пунктах Краснодарского края. Объектом исследования служили сорта лаванды узколистной Вознесенская 34, Ранняя, Южанка и Вознесенская Арома. Установлено, что размер железистых трихом на цветоносах лаванды узколистной составляет 90 ± 15 мкм. Их количество на цветоносах, в зависимости от сорта, варьирует от 2141 до 3003 шт. Плотность распределения железистых трихом по поверхности цветоносов 8,60–14,93 шт./куб. мм. Общий объём эфирного масла во всех железистых трихомах цветоносов 0,41–0,57 куб. мм. Общий объём эфирного масла в соцветиях варьировал от 2,28 до 5,15 мм3. Доля эфирного масла в железистых трихомах цветоносов по отношению ко всему соцветию составляла от 9,33 до 19,56 %. Сделан вывод, что пельтатные железистые трихомы на цветоносных осях вносят заметный вклад в эфиромасличность соцветий лаванды. Для селекции лаванды узколистной на увеличение эфиромасличности и сборов эфирного масла предложен дополнительный селекционный признак – количество железистых трихом на поверхности цветоносов, которое может регулироваться изменением их плотности распределения на поверхности цветоносов или увеличением длины соцветий.

英语. The main receptacle of essential oil (EO) in true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) is the peltate glandular trichomes (GTs) of the calyxes in the whorls of the inflorescences. Their average size is 175 ± 25 micrometers, in some cases – up to 250 micrometers. For the extraction of lavender oil, not only the calyxes are used, but the whole inflorescences including the flowering shoots. The surface of the peduncles of lavender inflorescences is also covered with peltate GTs. However, their contribution to the total volume of EO in the inflorescence has almost never been determined. The research aim was to study the distribution density of GTs within inflorescences and to determine the proportion of the contribution of flowering trichomes to EO formation in inflorescences. The research was carried out in 2021 in the V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops in 2 ecological and geographical points of the Krasnodar region. The object of the study was the true lavender varieties 'Voznesenskaya 34', 'Rannyaya', 'Yuzhanka' and 'Voznesenskaya Aroma'. It was found that the size of GTs on peduncles of true lavender is 90±15 micrometers. The number of them on peduncles varies from 2141 to 3003 pcs. depending on variety. The density of GTs distribution on the surface of peduncles is equal to 8.60–14.93 pcs./mm3. The total volume of EO in all GTs of peduncles is 0.41–0.57 mm3. The total volume of EO in inflorescences varied from 2.28 to 5.15 mm3. The share of EO in the GTs of the peduncles in relation to entire inflorescence ranged from 9.33 to 19.56%. It is concluded that peltate GTs on flower-bearing axes make a significant contribution to the EO content of lavender inflorescences. An additional selection criteria is proposed for true lavender breeding to increase EO content and yield. It is amount of GTs on peduncle surfaces, which can be regulated by changing distribution density on peduncle surfaces or increasing inflorescence lengths.
