Agriculture development and reduction of inter-regional socio-economic differences | Статистическая оценка влияния аграрного сектора на сглаживание межрегиональных социально-экономических различий

英语. Based on statistical data, the impact of agriculture on the economic potential and living standards of the population of the country's agrarian centers is disclosed. Agriculture developed at a rate slightly higher than the overall economic dynamics in the country in 2010-2019. In all agricultural centers, there are conditions for expanding production by involving previously used land plots in economic turnover. The study also found that the high degree of dependence of the regional economy on the development of agriculture in the period under review did not contribute to an increase in the living standard of the population of this territory, which is associated with the traditionally low level of wages of workers in this industry. The calculation of deviations from the recommended consumption standards for basic food products in agricultural centers and their comparison with the average values in the country has shown that the higher physical availability of food characteristic of agricultural regions does not have a significant effect on the improvement of the diet structure. The low level of wages in agriculture can be regarded as a risk factor for the sustainable development of the territory as this encourages many rural residents to move to the city. To solve this problem, it is proposed to intensify the work on the popularization of a healthy life style and introduce measures of economic incentives to stop excessive consumption of food.

俄语. На основе статистических данных раскрывается влияние сельского хозяйства на экономический потенциал и уровень жизни населения аграрных центров страны. В 2010–2019 гг. сельское хозяйство развивалось темпами, немного превышающими общую экономическую динамику в стране. Во всех аграрных центрах существуют условия для расширения производства за счет вовлечения в хозяйственный оборот использовавшихся ранее участков земель. В ходе исследования установлено, что высокая степень зависимости региональной экономики от развития сельского хозяйства в рассматриваемый период не способствовала росту уровня жизни населения этой территории, что связано с традиционно низким уровнем оплаты труда работников этой отрасли. Расчет отклонений от рекомендованных норм потребления основных продуктов питания в аграрных центрах и их сравнение со средними значениями в стране показали, что характерная для аграрных регионов более высокая физическая доступность продовольствия не оказывает существенного влияния на оздоровление структуры питания. Низкий уровень оплаты труда в сельском хозяйстве можно расценивать как один из факторов риска для устойчивого развития территории, так как это побуждает многих сельских жителей к переезду в город. Для решения этой проблемы предложено активизировать работу по популяризации здорового образа жизни и ввести меры экономического побуждения к отказу от избыточного потребления пищевых продуктов.
