英语. The features of the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Kursk region at the current stage in comparison with other regions of the Central Federal District are considered (CFD). Agriculture today remains a fundamental industry in the country's economy, in connection with which, under the conditions of food embargo, regions with a significant agro-industrial potential, including the Kursk Region, acquire a special role. At the same time, the development of not only agriculture, but also the processing industry, aimed at local processing of agricultural raw materials. The study analyzed the change in the percentage of agriculture and processing industry in the structure of the gross regional product (GRP) of the CFD regions for the 2015-2019 period, according to the results of which the entities of the Federal District were divided into 4 groups depending on the direction of change in the considered indicators. It is established that the Kursk region is a unique region, the only one where for the period of 2015-2019 in the GRP structure there was an increase in the percentage of both agriculture and processing industry, the share of which totally reached 35%. The assessment of the production dynamics of the main types of agricultural products in the region showed an increase in the pace in several areas, and to the greatest extent – sunflower and its processed products. In addition, the volume and percentage of investments in the development of agricultural and industrial production are also growing, which confirms the special position of the region with reference to the current situation. At the current stage, it is important to form an effective system of support to businesses, including small ones, in the conditions of the economic crisis and the negative impact of the pandemic on all spheres of economic life in the region.

俄语. Рассматриваются особенности развития агропромышленного комплекса Курской области на текущем этапе в сравнении с прочими регионами Центрального федерального округа (ЦФО). Сельское хозяйство сегодня по-прежнему остается основополагающей отраслью в экономике страны, в связи с чем в условиях продовольственного эмбарго особую роль приобретают регионы, обладающие значительным агропромышленным потенциалом, к числу которых относится и Курская область. При этом важное значение имеет развитие не только сельского хозяйства, но и обрабатывающей промышленности, направленной на локальную переработку сельскохозяйственного сырья. В исследовании было проанализировано изменение удельного веса сельского хозяйства и обрабатывающей промышленности в структуре валового регионального продукта (ВРП) регионов ЦФО за период 2015-2019 гг., по результатам которого субъекты федерального округа были разделены на 4 группы в зависимости от направления изменения рассматриваемых индикаторов. Установлено, что Курская область является уникальным регионом, единственным, где за период 2015-2019 гг. в структуре ВРП произошло увеличение удельного веса как сельского хозяйства, так и обрабатывающей промышленности, доля которых в совокупности достигла 35%. Оценка динамики производства основных видов агропродукции в регионе показала наращивание темпов по ряду направлений, а в наибольшей степени – подсолнечника и продуктов его переработки. Кроме того, объем и удельный вес инвестиций в развитие сельскохозяйственного и промышленного производства также растут, что подтверждает особое положение региона с учетом сложившейся ситуации. На текущем этапе важное значение имеет формирование эффективной системы поддержки бизнеса, в том числе малого, в условиях экономического кризиса и негативного влияния пандемии на все сферы экономической жизни региона.
