俄语. This article discusses the advantages of the model of timber drying based on fuzzy logic, its possibility and development in relation to drying based on the control of PID controllers. The principle of operation of the drying chamber based on the fuzzy logic model is examined. Explanations are also given for the development of this model based on the black box principle. Examples of the rules used are given, as well as their compilation. The article researches the input factors affecting the timber drying process in the drying chamber of batch action. A classification of input and output parameters has been compiled. According to the connection of the parameters, a set of rules has been compiled, which will be used to create fuzzy logic algorithms. The possibility of modification of the EcoSood 50 drying chamber is considered.
